G2 managed to beat Pain. Neither team won in their first meeting, but G2 managed to put an end to that. Now they are paired with Aurora in a 1-1 matchup. I think Aurora can beat G2.
In the match between Pain and Nemiga, one of them will say goodbye to the tournament. It's probably the end of the tournament for Nemiga. I think Pain will win

As usual when football season ended I moved to betting on dota 2. On the one hand I got a bonus promotion from stake.com to bet on esports.

TBH, I haven't followed the development of dota 2 since TI 2024. Now I'm going to start at the TI 2025 regional qualifiers. As I recall, OG and TS both have good playstyles and both want to qualify. The chances of a map over 2.5 are greater, and I'm guessing that OG will win on map 1.

Liquid and Mouz started the tournament 0-2 on the first day and we can say that the tournament is over for one of the 2 teams that will meet today. It looks like the siuhy transfer didn't work out for Liquid either. I don't understand why Mouz had such a bad start, I expected them to make 2/2 on the first day. Liquid will most likely be eliminated from the tournament. I expect Mouz to beat Liquid.

I agree, and this is a must-win round for both teams because Mouz is waiting in the next bottom bracket(1-2).

I somehow prefer Legacy over Faze in this mid-bracket matchup. Even though they lost against VP, it still came down to the late rounds where VP managed to string a few rounds to close the map.

Also, they already beat Faze 2-0 during Stage 2 and I don't see it going the other way unless someone from Faze shows up like rain did against Mouz.

In Stage 3, Aurora's opponent was G2, and Inferno was chosen for the map selection. It was one of the maps Aurora played, Inferno was a map preferred by G2. The match result was 13-4 G2 won. G2 crushed Aurora, G2 were comfortable in the match, they didn't put in extra effort. Aurora team won four rounds, the four rounds were the rounds Jotta took in A defense, other than that Aurora was completely asleep. They especially couldn't hold the B side at all, as G2 took the game to B, Aurora left B empty. Aurora couldn't set up a game on the T side either, so the match ended quickly 13-4. There is almost no cooperation in Aurora team, the game plan is always predictable tactics and the same tactics.

This G2 roster making it this far is wild, imagine them making it to the playoffs while the former G2 players couldn't weather the storm in Stage 2.

We thought they'd be one of the weakest teams in this Stage 3, but Aurora proved us wrong and found a way to lose.

I checked the matchup simulator, and they'll be meeting Mouz in round 4, assuming they'd beat Team Liquid later today.

Vitality managed to win comfortably in the French derby. After Vitality's shock loss to Legacy, they were able to bounce back and make it 2-1.
Faze also lost to Aurora in the first round, but they defeated both Mouz and Legacy to make it 2-1.

After losing to Aurora, Faze rebounded quickly and brought his record to 2-1. Faze's new opponent is Mongolz. They played only one match against Mongolz and lost 2-0. Obviously there was no s1mple in this match and if we look at the stats of that match, broky is last with 18 kills. S1mple can help defeat Mongolz.
Mouz managed to beat his opponent in overtime in a do-or-die match. Ultimate's amazing performance was not enough. Now their opponent is our representative Aurora. I think Aurora is better at bo3s and I think we will win the match 2-1.

Legacy and Lynn Vision will play a rematch to continue the tournament. After beating Vitality in the first match, I think Legacy got too complacent. They lost to Virtus Pro and Faze, so if they don't win this match, they will say goodbye to the tournament.
Lynn Vision beat Liquid and then lost to Spirit and Mongolz. I think the teams Lynn Vision faced were more difficult in terms of difficulty. I see them one step ahead in this match.

Honestly, I only remember a few teams that are popular with me. Like 1win and TS the name is familiar to me and MOUZ has never known before. It seems like a lot has changed since I haven't followed dota 2 and I even remember TS being better than OG but it turns out TS lost badly to OG.

I believe in Abed and Seleri and that's why I went for them instead of 1win but that's fine.

Mouz as an organization was already there long time ago and I've followed most of the roster changes that they have. But this time, their roster is mixed up of players for different regions and not only focused on EEU/WEU players. And as for OG, they've got a different roster as well today.

3DMAX will face Pain. The performance of the 2 teams was not encouraging throughout this tournament, but I see 3DMAX with the advantage. These 2 teams have played only 1 match between them and 3DMAX won it with a close score.
Vitality will face Virtus Pro. I think Vitality will come out 3-1 by beating their opponent. I don't think Virtus Pro will be able to beat them, especially in bo3 where Virtus Pro has less chances.

I'm happy to see that 1win is doing good, they're able to beat the MOUZ team in 2 games straight and so they move on to the next bracket in the upper. They still have 1 day left for their next match. As much as I want to say that it will easier if they'll face Navi Junior but with their recent tournaments, they did well. And compared to Nigma.Galaxy, they are also improving because of the past tournaments on how they've ended up with. To be honest, I am impressed with squad1x. A good midlaner 1win has.

Breaking their previous record will take time, but they should be able to pull it off again since the ESL Grand Slam is also on the line.

Mouz did go for Train as their map pick and got things done again after they edged out Aurora in the decider map (Mirage). It could've been a closer match, but Mouz CT side was too clean and didn't even allow Aurora to get a single round in the T side.

Aurora unfortunately lost to Mouz and were eliminated from the majors.I think this is the first time they have been eliminated without reaching the quarterfinals in a tournament.In tournaments like this, if you don't win in bo1 matches against teams that are not the favorites, the risk increases when you leave your chances towards the end.The decisions made in the match also change completely.Stress management was obviously poor in our team and I think that's why they were eliminated.We keep trying the same tactics and now teams have figured us out and play accordingly.Maj3r and Fabre need to change tactics or improve themselves.

I used to assume that mixed players from different regions affected teamwork. But I guess that was just my feeling.

The second time I had no luck betting on TS performance. I was hoping that yesterday's match TS would win in the first map and in the second map Yellow Submarine would give back. But it turned out that YS dominated with a 0-2 victory. I think TS is not as good as it used to be.

And this is my prediction for today, wish me luck.
