I wouldn't call 26 comments "going nuts over".

I also think that many users of this forum are more interested in speculating on Bitcoin than in using it for peer to peer transactions, so the level of attention stories about the more ideological uses of Bitcoin get is going to depend on how the majority of people in a given online community are using it.

Very nice and genuinely surprised that Time took a real (not omg hackerz, mybitcoin, an druuuuuugggzzz) look at the implications of crypto-currency.  It will takes thousands of articles like this to slowly build a self sustaining economy.
