What happened::
I was buying PTP invite from him for 150$ and after the money was sent he blocked me and disappeared.

I don't have them. We were talking over Terminal (yeah I get it now that it was a big mistake) and he deleted all the messages after the scam.

This sucks very much and I would like people to learn from me being dumb. I get it now that there were red flags all around, I was just careless and naive but I'll take it as a learning experiences, but you don't have to. If this guy contacts you, stay the fuck away.

Hahaha misspelling PTP is a nice touch I gotta admit and yes I don't have much proof because you deleted our telegram conversation but I have your PM which proves that you know about PTP and that you were offering to sell it to me so don't act dumb.

Yeah I completely blame myself. He's just a lowlife with no other skills but to scam people and yeah this was a lesson for me for sure and I hope some other new users will learn from this and not repeat the mistakes I did. I'll keep that list in mind, thank you. Can this guy be added there? I believe there's sufficient proof floating around at this point that he's a scammer.

Yes a Moderator/Staff can actually help you verify your claim that he sent that PM, just click on the "Report to Moderator" in the bottom corner of the PM and then in the "description box" and include a link to this post and ask the Moderator to post here to help you verify the PM.

It should always be escrow or no trade if you're dealing with a user that has nothing to lose. The extra few bucks in fees would always be nothing to compared to the potential irrecoverable loss.

Yeah there is an option to do that, when you are deleting a conversation you get a prompt where you can select that the conversation gets deleted for all members.
I think you should consider adding feedback, he was already caught lying about not knowing what I was talking about and now when that's out of the window he's spewing nonsense about me being a competitor of whatever, these kinds of people should not be allowed to continue poisoning the community and labeling a scammer with negative feedbacks is at least what we can do.

Facebook messenger have similar option for message sender where you can remove the message for both side within 10 minutes but telegram have no time limits for message removing system. That's why in recent time most scammer use telegram for dealing or service related conversation and easily erase all chat history after completing the scam. In that case these scammer talk cleverly and after removing chat history victims can't provide full conversation screenshots from their side.

Before getting moderators response here its better to tag this user based on his past account selling activities. After having moderators response here i will suggest "OP" to open a proper flag against this user.

Why would you continue to deal with someone who already has been negged for suspicious/scammy  behavior in the past by DT members without even thinking of using a trusted escrow service?

In fact, I am even thinking of creating a flag against them so that newbies and guests don't become the next victims, but I will wait for the Mods to first confirm about the PM thou i highly doubt OP edited the message.

You're saying mods have open access to PM's ?? I find that disturbing especially on a forum like this. Never was aware of that and while in cases/disputes like this it would be good but I do find it to be a bit intrusive. On most forums they do NOT for privacy reasons.  That being said I've never seen a mod confirm or not confirm anyone's personal messages when asked to do so.  Of course I haven't read every message on the system either so I guess it might be true!
