It is not really altcoin that could really go.high because all of the altcoin depend on bitcoin. So whenever these altcoi s get high then possibly it is due to bitcoin market price increase.

I do not totally agree with this statement mate, yes, all altcoins depend on BTC but altcoins price do not necessarily increase only when BTC price increases. Point of correction here, altcoins do better when BTC consolidates or moves sideways in a given range. Massive price increase or massive dump for BTC usually cause massive price dump for altcoins. This is the true correlation, but not a must in all cases and not otherwise.

That can also affect what has happened to the price of bitcoin because I am not sure altcoin will completely go up without the existing trend towards bitcoin, therefore altcoin will be more powerful when the pumping occurs simultaneously and when it ends it is even worse dump could occur.

Yes it could happen actually with other altcoins like the ripple with the whales doing pump and dump with its holding. It is not only ripple but other altcoins as well like bch and doge coin. For now other altcoins are recovering and that investors are too being able to get relief in their money with altcoins.

Altcoins too make great name in the market. It is just that it is mostly get affected by the bitcoin market price movement. Whenever bitcoin market goes up or down altcoins will get affected as well.

You are right, altcoin is headed for the moon.  Current market conditions make the price of 100 cmc altcoin start to rise slowly, Ethereum can we monitor the chart quite well in the last two weeks and is followed by another altcoin.  Chainlink made a new ATH history last month ... fill your bag with altcoin top 100 on coinmarketcap.

The market recently has been giving me this feeling as well.
There has been something in the air for the last few weeks that has reminded me the glorious times of 2017-beginning of 2018.
Investing a few futures on Chainlink (560), Cardano(22000), Vechain(62000) and Ether( 3 months ago and seeing the results since then certainly increased this feeling as well

I still have some altcoins  I have been waiting for the price to moon back to the price I bought rather I noticed that while some other altcoins are mooning my asset is  dumping hard.  imagine the way Eth is pumping , 390$ right now yet xxa i bought is still at low price and I cant sell at a loss.

But as far I can say, ETH is more of the king of altcoins just as bitcoin is for cryptocurrency when people say. In essense we can't compare the volume of etheruem to other altcoin, so when etheruem bull, we wait and expect a bull too from altcoins.

altcoin moves very dynamically, but ETH is still the peak for the altcoin. bitcoin has a high adoption, but if it's offset by altcoin bitcoin and altcoin may have the same growth in the market. but if bitcoin dominance is too high it can be bad for the altcoin.

It's not all of altcoins can get the same growth like major coins and only some reliable altcoins that can do that caused by it needs a big update to create a hype and remember the community of ethereum and any other major coins are so big.

For altcoin to increase sharply, the important condition is that the price of BTC must be stable and not volatile. You can see it in the past few days, when the price of BTC soared from $ 10k to $ 12k, the price of many Altcoins/BTC pairs has dropped sharply.

For altcoin to increase sharply, the important condition is that the price of BTC must be stable and not volatile. You can see it in the past few days, when the price of BTC soared from $ 10k to $ 12k, the price of many Altcoins/BTC pairs has dropped sharply.

Don't look at bitcoin pairs, of course, altcoins will dropped sharply because resistance of bitcoin is so high, but if you look based on fiat pairs, you will realize so much altcoin is also increasing. So say altcoin prices increased or decreased based on fiat pairs, not bitcoin pairs

I think now is not same as in 2017, in 2017 the price Bitcoin and Altcoin to the moon after a year Halving, So I think if you want to see the price Bitcoin and Altcoin to the moon again, then that will happen at the end of 2021. I am sure that pattern will be repeated again.

This time the price of bitcoin is starting to go up. It looks like you have  to check the marketcap again and then you will see what is happening with the market right now and everything is fine. altcoins are following bitcoin and whole of major coins to go to the moon.

In my personal opinion current market is in after-growth state right now, by that I mean it already grew a lot, its not "willing" to fall so its not bearish nor bullish.

There is also altcoin which has green symptoms in a few days but I think it hasn't come months, and now the fluctuation is still continuing and now there are some coins experiencing a decrease in percentage change (24h). Seeing enthusiasm that slowly rose this year, brought its own positive things.

Altcoins that are too fast to rise to 100% need to be aware of because usually only the influence of the whales and it does not last long. So I think it's better to look at a type of altcoin that is potential ahead of putting assets into a new, fast-rising altcoin, that's a risk

You are right, most often, large speculative volumes are behind the growth of such coins, and after such tricks the price of the modets will collapse up to 100%.
If you managed to go into such a coin - congratulations, if not - don't even think about it.

Altcoins can go to the moon as you say when Bitcoin is too impressive. This we can observe Bitcoin has surpassed the price of $20,000 and Altcoins are rising in price according to Bitcoin. Maybe Altcoins will go to the moon in 2021.

i did not know that it was a main rule but is it really is ? or your only making your own rule because there are still people that continue to invest on the coins that are already strong and going up . bitcoin is on top of those coins that people grab but bitcoin is not just a coin that is manipulated and can drop quickly  . i guess we can make an exception to some coins . if we want to see a coin to go the moon we shouldnt complain if whatever reason drives this coin to the moon because this is what we are waiting for .

For now, altcoins have not gone to the moon, because they are always moving toward bitcoin. Now when bitcoin is bullish,
there are a lot of altcoins that are moving up, but this is precisely the pump, even most altcoins there are dumps at the moment.
