I've been bookmarking a lot of useful threads that I come across, but the number of bookmarks I have is becoming excessive. Within these threads, I'm searching for a particular post most of the time that I came across before. Is there an easier way of searching for previously viewed posts within threads?
There are no ways to easily search useful posts within a thread, because usefulness of a post/reply do also depends on a user's ideology and sense of understanding. Meaning, everyone has different perspective on what is a useful post, and what's common.
Yet I think there are things that can help you archive messages.
- Save link of the certain message by:
- First, right click on the #{number} on the top right of the post.
- Then, select "Copy Link Address". then simply archive that link and put some title on your note depending on what do you think why is it helpful for you
- Or, simply use Screenshot/Snipping Tool and manually crop and save posts that you find useful.
Not only the number of the post also you can use the header of the post once you click on it will hyperlink to the post of the particular post, comment, quote or thread that you can copy link address too.
