This forum is not made to make members rich, but this forum is to discuss cryptocurrency issues and some off-topic discussions. However, this is still related to the cryptocurrency section, I might understand your intentions and the perceptions of many new members only know this forum to improve economic factors. Of course, that is true but the income they get from bounty, airdrop, and services.

Summary to explain briefly to understand all of this,
Service: Like escrow, you will be the intermediary between the buyer and seller and after the agreement is both completed, you will get a percentage of the funds owned or you charge fees. Another example: gift manager, campaign signature.
Bounty and airdrop, you will be paid when you are registered as a participant to campaign for the project in a certain time and specifically airdrop, usually only doing one task with easier rules.

• As we all know, this forum is a repository of knowledge related to bitcoin, blokchain, and other knowledge related to it. Every forum has rules that must be obeyed by each member "no need to say it again because you can read many thread references about the rules". You will probably find unofficial rules and also official rules here after you have successfully read it and this forum is democratic in other words, you have freedom of opinion and talk whether anyone wants to respond or not. This forum is where you contribute and this forum will be useful for you if you can make it a source of knowledge about bitcoin and that's how this forum actually works.
• The company, the site will pay participant involved in the campaign or bounty if you are one of their participants. To send or receive bitcoin, you must have a bitcoin wallet and you must have a balance if you want to send it to another wallet.
• Depending on the wishes of the company and also the managers consideration "even though it is not mandatory".

That's true, this is not the right place if you are only looking for money. This forum is good for having discussion about cryptocurrency and blockchain, if you really want to make money you may do online jobs or anything.

you better raise your rank to full.member after that you should get at least 5 merits to participate in the campaign that pays the bitcoin to be the best way to earn an income in this forum if you are good at choosing a bounty you can participate in this bounty not so recommended because many projects that do not want to pay the bounty hunter.

As example,  I can mention one new member,  newbie,  in my local board.
He is company owner and recently created crypto payment app so that users like apartment owners can receive payment in crypto  
He know a lot about it and we all learning from him but he is just newbie on this forum 😁
Also,  it's more easy to earn on forum if you personally have some practical knowledge like programming or logo design.
