Thanks to SyGambler for letting me know about this... Shady 1xbet back again, they won' t stop - let's see how long it will take this time before they shut down the site.

Let's get straight into it: Some new crypto casino named "888STARZ" just came up and yes, a quick look at their website is enough to realize they are part of the 1xbet/1xbit gang! Once again a similar website layout/structure/design/wording etc. I went ahead and checked out their wallet address for payment via bitshares and guess what: It is identical just like 1xbit's - you will find screenshots below.

1xbit/1xbet and many more "labels" belong to the same group who have been scamming people for a long time, many bitcointalk members have been scammed but not exclusively and what's become quite funny - their recent clones who popped up here on bitcointalk, all claimed they had no connection at all (a lie of course) and they all disappeared within a few weeks/months.

We have to warn people to stay away from those scammers!

Good catch @efialtis & @SyGambler. Thumbs up! I am supporting this flag.

The first shill/bump accounts also joined their ANN-thread, obviously focussing on how easy it was to withdraw funds from their website. Taking the scammy history of 1xbet/1xbit into consideration, this is another "red flag" in my opinion.

Please check the screenshot attached (you will more find comparable posts by other users in their ANN-thread):

Yeah and now they claim the guys running the site are absolutely legit since they ran some other service before (as SyGambler also stated) but that doesn't matter at all and I won't even respond to that... For a simple reason: They are now in business with those scammers and have obviously given over (some?!) of their control - stay away!

Hi everyone,

I noticed there is a little commotion going about our platform 888starz.bet.

888starz.bet is the successor of 888tron.com. The platform is still in beta and will be fully operational in a couple of weeks.

888tron.com has been in business successfully for 18 months now. We have paid out over 520 million TRX in dividend alone to our players.
We have a very high customer satisfaction rate.

Our old platform 888tron was built 100% inhouse. But for our new site 888starz we us some software components also used by 1xBit and other platforms.  But we are a completely seperate company and devteam.

We also use game providers like Netent, Novomatic, Wazdan,... also used by other online casinos worldwide.

We are not aware of the past actions of 1xBet/1xBit, but it seems some people in here are dissatisfied with their services in the past. Wink

Our platform has a very friendly and supportive community on Telegram that will confirm we are a fair and trustworthy platform.

We have not been active on bitcointalk.org before because we operated solely on TRON blockchain before. We only made promo on Twitter and Telegram and Tron blockchain related dapp review site.

I regret to see we got off to a bad start here.

The message posted in here by one of our non native English developers will be replaced by an official announcement from 888starz soon.

If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to contact me on Telegram: @icecoldsteve.

Have a good day,

IceoldSteve

Great job @OP, you saved my time. To be honest 888STARZ CEO contact with me before few hours back regarding manage their signature campaign. But this thread popups in my quick forum search and I have denied their proposal just now after read the details from this post. It's pretty clear this casino is related with 1xbit as well and they are trying continuously to come with new names. But suprisingly they hadn't learnt from their past mistakes and used same address.

Supported warning flag and left negative feedback as well. Thanks again @OP.

I am really glad to see we all try our best to prevent innocent people from being scammed by such shady gambling sites - it's not like any gambling operator has an edge even when being legit, is it...  Shocked

Thank you for declining their offer!

We are not aware of the past actions of 1xBet/1xBit, but it seems some people in here are dissatisfied with their services in the past. Wink

so instead of having your own dapp developed  or at least using other providers to supply some games you decided to fully go with a 1xbet site without even researching it ?
it takes you literally less than 10 minutes to do the research and you will see a lot of legit winners who got their money scammed by these scammers

Our platform has a very friendly and supportive community on Telegram that will confirm we are a fair and trustworthy platform.

who cares about the community ? will your community rage when you scam another winner ? cause it seems your community cares only about filling their pockets with the dividends you are offering instead of standing with legit winners
you remember the guy who you scammed when he was betting on Euro League Basketball right ? well bad news the community didn't stand with that player even you illegally scammed him claiming that he was betting over the limits which wasn't his fault since your site was showing the max limits high
if he lost his bets you would be so happy to get his TRX

Oh shit, not again... Ok, I know that we all expected that 1xbet will return with new website eventually. But I'm just wondering how many times they have to caught to give up. But at least these researches aren't worthless. They shutdown exposed websites like Kawbet and Cleobet, let's hope that same will happen with this website.
Great job @OP, you saved my time. To be honest 888STARZ CEO contact with me before few hours back regarding manage their signature campaign.
So, this time they got caught even before launching signature campaign? Not bad Smiley.
