What happened; I have suspected Blockchainhalving as a wallet of fraud because I saw on Twitter's official social media that the blockchain didn't launch a site like this maybe this was just a trap with the lure of KYC getting $5.

Be careful doing KYC on Blockchainhalving I am afraid it is misuse of your personal data for $ 5.

They seems to be an impersonator of blockchain. Their logo is also the same and I think they are a phishing site. I recommend everyone stay away from this site. It is likely that you will lose your money. I have seen they offer wallet service too. It is very risky.
OP can you move this to Beginners and Help? It would better suit there.

Of course it's about phishing, and the intent is to steal the data, and then if possible to trick the users to make a deposit in the crypto. All links except registration lead to the original page, which is just a good deception by which they try to deceive the naive people. The site should definitely be reported via the Google form Report Phishing Page, which is also available directly in Firefox via Settings -> Help -> Report a deceptive page.

Immediately is something that would require support for users at a very high level, and it is really a rarity when it comes to such services. As for the specific service, option for report abuse leads to a page where it is not possible to do that. Of course, there is an option to send an e-mail, but the option to remove the page still depends not only on how quickly the complaint will be processed, but also whether the person who will work on it will understand what it is really about.

Definitely impersonators, blockchain.info won't have to create a new domain just to share 5$. Their recent airdrop of XLM was distributed through the app and info about it was shared on their official website.

They might not get the design, that's not their plan. These desperate scammers or only looking for victims and most of the victims are mostly going to be newbies in the crypto spacem

It seems like the site cannot be accessed anymore because some reports about this phishing site are dangerous to steal people's data, and I have also reported in what manner @Lucius said maybe our report response was so quickly responded that the site became dead.

If this is allowed then their target is beginners on the pretext of rewarding $ 5 for having to do KYC and of course this is highly suspected by many people including me.

Yep, the domain is down.

With the interface provided, it's an obvious phishing attempt to get blockchain.info / blockchain.com customers data. These scammers will still appear in the form of another website once the current they made was taken down.

Good thing now that the site was down and I think they already had enough of scammed files from other's identities because of $5 they easily lure people.

Those 3 videos are still up, need more users to report those scammers.

The change does not make any sense because at the start, they used the logo of Blockchain. In reality, not only logo but they even did not mind to change the text on the right side of the logo. They kept using Blockchain.com's logo and the text "Blockchain". How lazy and stupid they were. If they are not an impersonator of Blockchain.com they don't do this.

The latest change is only their adaptation to cope with any accusations on them and as I said it does not make any sense.

From such bad things, there is no need to make any further investigation about blockchainhalving. Stay away from the site if you don't want to lose your Bitcoin and Ethereum.
