This makes me curious, how can different players have different offers? What makes this difference? I thought all players get the same chance for the promo.

I tried to deposit some funds because I wanted to try the BITCOINTALK promotion code. but I don't get a bonus when I deposit, I already ask this to Support but they make me waiting too long and I don't get any information. because I was disappointed with this service I decided to withdraw my funds back but what I got here is my withdrawal request has been declined and they told me that I can't make a withdraw my funds because I'm not make a bet on their site LOL.. That's the first time I found a ridiculous rules on a gambling site so far.

@Cyber.Bet what is your position on his case? I hope you can resolve his situation so players will not be hesitant to deposit on your site.

I think it is related to the site's terms and conditions. He made a deposit, not playing with it then request a withdrawal. Some sites has similar terms where players need to wager at least xx amount before players can make a withdrawal. It can be related to KYC as well, probably rozak has not done the KYC procedure so he cant make withdrawal. Ofc, lets wait for cyber.bet to confirm about this case.

that's because you haven't activated the bonus. You need to go to the Boost promo page and click where it says Activate bonus!, it'll take you to the bonuses page, the promo code "BOOST" should automatically appear there, then you just click Submit and done, the promo will be active  (:

Did they change the turnover rule after you did meet the 3x turnover requirement? If so, it is very bad service absolutely.
I would like to hear the explanation from cyberbet about this case. Freezing account with no clear reasons after the users completing everything they ask is unacceptable.
Warning for other users who are going to use this site, it is better to wait till this case is solved or at least wait for cyberbet to explain what is going on with this case.

Yap I did notice his reply to my question but I did not really notice the date when MaulanaMaulana took and played with the bonus.
So yeah cyber.bet changed the rules while MaulanaMaulana was playing with the bonus. What a bad practice.
Anyway, is cyber.bet gone now? He is not active since 7th, 2 days after MaulanaMaulana posted the scam accusation thread.
Professional site wont keep on silence like this whenever there is a serious accusation like this. 
Lets see and wait till Monday which is a working business hour, hope they will come back and solve this issue.
