I think you are not far from the truth, professionalism pay much but then remember some bounty hunters are new to the system and as such they need to do bounties to earn and then upgrade,besides there are still some bounties that will pay well, so we can't forget bounties and airdrop just like that.

You are basically trying to compared a professional job into a free money seeker. Of course its totally different when it comes to money making but we do know the difference between the skills and resources needed between the two. Being a developer,bug hunter,programmer etc. related to this field wont really be a simple journey to everyone.Lucky for those who do have IT,CS related courses back in the past which would really able to utilize

That’s only limited to people who really have the skills and talent to develop such services, and personally I don’t have that much knowledge about it so let the professionals do that. I have to focus more on my skills and to the things that I know, we all have differences and for me being a bounty hunter is worth it. Bounties and airdrop are the best option for us, we don’t need to forget that and instead we have to look for good projects that is develop by the professionals and help them to market it, on that way we earn clean profit.

It is not as if other people, particularly bounty hunters cannot engage themselves in other professional services, but are more focused on what they know how to do best for now. In the process, some can start leaning other means of earning.

That is right, joining airdrop and being bounty hunters right now is very risky or sometimes is useless. Because most commonly of projects are exit scam or abandoned by them and don't even hit on the exchange, --but it required technical skills before you will cope with that stuff.
Indeed, there are too many ways of making money in crypto space. All you have to do is research first before promoting them or engaging them. It is hard to do the jobs you describe, which require knowledge of programming and blockchain. And these jobs are also very limited, not many people can participate in those projects. Bounty and airdrop will still be the best and simplest option for everyone
