I like how smooth the website when i play in my mobile phone, the graphics is also attracting. Is there also a level that has special offer for those vips? Trying some games now in your site and let me see how those games with low house edge can be test. I usually play with 1% house edge with the other casinos. Maybe in the future, you can also add some coins like xrp and ltc.

As pointed out by DarkStar above your post, it is still questionable about the 0.36% house edge which high likely for the blackjack.
Other games has higher house edge based on which game you want to play.
Coinflip has the highest house edge 2.5% compared to other games.
Coming up to vip level, I havent heard that vipgame has this system (unless I missed it). I tried to find it out on the Help Center page but nothing, so I think there is no leveling system.
So there is no vip rewards. Correct me if I'm wrong.

How do you get the 0.36% house edge? Assuming it's for Blackjack (since every other game shows a higher house edge) and going off of the rules listed on your FAQ page with Wizard of Odds' calculator:

Your blackjack game is also not provably fair. Neither are crash or 3 card poker, and maybe a few other games. For blackjack specifically, you display a portion of the hash for the deck shuffle: (I can't seem to find the full hash anywhere until the bet is actually placed either, which isn't great)


But, there's nothing preventing you from rigging the shuffle any way you want. It's provably predetermined, but there's nothing guaranteeing that the predetermined results are fair. This issue impacts all games where the player has very little control (such as crash/3 card poker). This stems from the player having no influence over results. It's *passable* for dice/keno/hi-lo since the user can switch up their playing style, but it's still bad considering the player can't directly influence the result. A nonce based method would be much better.

For example:
- With crash, you can generate a lot more 1.00x or other low multipliers when you see a whale is playing. The result is predetermined and the 'provably fair' would verify, but you can very easily cheat without it being detectable (making it no longer provably fair).
- With 3 card poker, you can simply generate more losing hands than winning ones.
- With blackjack, you can generate deck shuffle combinations that make it impossible for the player to win. For example, you could give the dealer a hand worth 17 (maybe showing a 7), and give the player an initial hand worth 11. The next cards in the deck could be a 5 and then a 10, so the player loses no matter what. The optimal strategy for a player would be to double on 11 as well, so you'd be able to make a ton of profit.

You're right about generating results before the bet as being the best way to be fair. But with the way you're doing it (and especially with the player having zero influence over certain results), you can very easily cheat without the player ever knowing. Even if some company audits you and claims that your RNG is valid, nothing stops you from changing code later on or using it only in very specific scenarios. Would you consider a site that could cheat without the player ever knowing to be fair?
