This is wrong. AFAIK There is no limit to how many players that choose to opt in the competition. Basically anyone can opted in this competition however only those who wager over the specific amount will be qualified for the draw. Take a note that there will be limited amount of winners which is obvious but there is no limit to the number of player that can join this
