Successful ICOs are those who have already developed a little project, so investors will first look at products that have been developed, if you come to ICO without bringing anything it will be very difficult to attract investors.

Even if they have a working product already it's still hard to attract investors in ICO as investors already generalize that the who ICO are scams.
TBH, though it's sad but I can't find an ICO this year that has been successful, for sure we would know if there is as it would create some buzz in crypto space.

I also did not find a successful ICO this year. if you want to develop a project, then think about the concept carefully, and try to do IEO in binance. although it requires a large fee, but this is the right path to take to succeed in the project that you are carrying. for now, using ICO will only make the funds you have.

Hi everyone , We hope to Launch a ICO in next month ,  So we need to complete our ICO successfully , So we need your IDEAS to launch a successfull ICO campaign...

What should we do except bounty and Airdrop?

It's not the bounty or the airdrops anymore, it's on the project, bounty and airdrops can only give you promotion they can just bring you to investor's awareness but making them invest is very much different, you need to make them trust you and it's up to you and your team how you can do that and how you can present your project to investors.

For the time being, IEO may be of more interest to the participants. This talks about the effectiveness and the duration of time, my advice is to create quality and make it interesting and real and I am sure it will succeed if it matches what was described and done.
True! A lot of participants lost their trust in ICO since there were too many scammed ICO projects in the past. Therefore, IEO may be a better idea. When you do any project, the most important thing is that you have to have a clear plan for your project. You have to show us all (participants, investors, traders, bounty hunters, etc) the strengths of the project that you believe it can create a difference! Most of the investors invest in a project when they see the potential of the project by looking at the plan. After that, they also care about the attitude of the team. Your team has to be clear, follow the plan, and keep us updated regularly in order to gain your credibility!

Actually for now ICO itself is no longer interested. because trust has gone down. people don't believe it even though their development is good and is also supported by people who are experts in that field. we all know maybe the percentage of people who like ico is only small and that is now a fact

Investors are wise now and they are going to look for every potentials before engaging their selves into any initial projects.
if you are planning to start your own make sure to offer something unique.
Something that attracting where investors and traders will look closer, it's not that easy as most of the time developers are
just copying  from other projects.
They are just comes up with some ideas trying to enhance but in reality it's only a copycat.

crowfunding methode already changed now , less projects use ICO scheme since there is no more trust from investors. in the past after crypto booming on 2018, there are alot fake projects occur with their ICO. and many investors harmed alot , they lost their money and most of them prefer to quit from crypto market. i think if dev team want to make their project successfull they must have good plan and also good action to realize roadmap. when it happen i am sure crowdfund will running well.

Forget about having airdrop as a marketing promotion because it certainly won't work just like many others.

Bounty did it best and working great before as a way to promote the ICO project but unfortunately, it was ruined so many times bringing investors not to give trust again in those projects who run for a bounty program. But I don't wanna give you a hopeless journey in your plan. You can still run for a bounty program anyway but don't expect that it catches a lot of attention. If you can prove that your project is worthy of their money and trust, then it lives into the confidence that it will succeed after the ICO as investors will look back into you.

I honestly think the airdrop is a GOOD model and has some very valid game theory behind it but the problem lies not so much in the airdrop itself but the mechanism to distribute it. I actually think some projects like Byteball in the past distributed it well because they chose to just give to any bitcoin account that had a balance.

Now airdrops encourage scammers to sign up multiple times. THAT is the problem.

Bounty and airdrop is enough it's your project that will make a difference, people and investors will see your project many times but if they do not have the potential investors are looking for in a project, everything is going to be useless, so be sure to check if your project can attract investors.

It will be very difficult to have a successful ICO at this time. The success of any ICO practically depends on the community, if the community is not in support then it will fail. ICO has done more harm than good to the community and it will be difficult to trust ICO again. If you are going to conduct ICO then you must be ready to convince the community.

Bounty and airdrop cannot make an ICO successful, it only helps the project to gain community in this market. If ICOs are to succeed, they must have a really good project and a clear roadmap to attract investors. Or they can choose IEO to raise funds

I would recommend IEO rather than ICO because most of investors don't have trust anymore on ICO due to scam issues on project conducted that lead to exit scam majority. Investors are more interested on big exchange conducting an IEO which got more success rate in my opinion. Doing airdrop and bounties will come in handy in the end of project marketing in order to gather community support and more investors on the road as well.

Before going for IEO on better exchanges I hope you guys have worked on something very useful and different?? If you introduce a repetitive project it won't do any good since you have many competitors

Yes, and that had happened in the past when ICO was still popular and many were trusted by investors, because many ICO projects in the past had real products, so investors were very easily attracted without having to be attracted by the project development team , but at this time it no longer exists.

Why don't you try to implement IEO? At the moment most investors are only interested in IEO, and if you can IEO at major exchanges in this market such as Gate, Kucoin, Okex ... Then I believe your project will become public and many supporters

There has been a lot of talks here that suggested what should a company to get a good amount of investment in ICO period however most of them have been from the investor point of view. I do agree that the most important part of a coin in community aspect is the investor and bounty hunter and both of them are here and both of them are responding very well ideas.

However you need to consider the project owners as well, nobody gives them any good advice on how they could get a profit out of this or make a good coin thanks to all the big funds. That is something you can't get here, you need to take a look at previous successful ICO's and talk with members of those in order to figure out what they did correctly that lead to them being so good and successful.

You need a truly professional strategy to reach potential investors:
+ Good website + WhitePaper;
+ Good profile on ICObench, ICOholder ...;
+ Famous team of advisors;
+ Attend many crypto events around the world;
+ Effective bounty campaign;
+ Most importantly, your ideas & solutions for the market.

Good luck!

The ICO game has been found out for what it is, it was built on hype with no real value and this has been shown time and time again with several projects only interested in grabbing as much money as they possibly can without really providing any real solutions or benefits. Getting a successful ICO these days is providing to be very difficult because people have lost interests. Unless something else get introduced, icos are long dead.

First you need to make sure you have a use case different from other projects similar to yours Try to solve a problem in a different way or make it faster Think more of the project features and Users first After that I will suggest you find internal investors first before trying to launch People close to you and your colleagues critics should give you a general guide line

The OP should forget holding their ICO as people are not interested anymore in this type of crowdsourcing. People have had enough of these promises and failed missions. Either spend their own money for development or find a wealthy sponsor to fund their project. People are not dumb anymore from all these crap projects popping everywhere.
