That's for the long term roadmap but can you expect it to happen for a new project especially when it was being created by new developers that didn't know about how the crypto works today? It's not like that and the thread creator must learn even more about this.

Yes these are the right to do when someone will be launching an ICO for the near future. Just like you said, ICO is already in the bad situation right now. You don't want to trust when the reputation is already damaged. I think they need to restart it again and rebuild what should be the ICO/IEO is all about. Trust is very important.
