I check the social media that comes into my mind, Youtube and found just two videos:

Although I saw some banner in coinmarketcap, Bitamp and the team really need to ramp up their marketing if they wanted to get more exposure and be on top. Although the project is still less than a year old, but maybe we need to more exposure in other social media sites as well.

Marketing costs money, as I'm sure you know. It's not that the project is averse to spending money, but startups need to be wiser about marketing and not just spend limited resources.

We'd rather organic users like you guys hopefully use our wallets more and more, and talk about it more and more, and like it more and more so you start recommending it to people.

Yes, I understand where you coming from, you are working on a limited budget so it make sense. Perhaps I was looking for an aggressive strategy.

I like the idea of being organic and really crypto users find the wallet useful to their liking and fits their need.

They need to level up there wallet in to a mobile version before they need to start an aggressive marketing. If they want that to happened, I think they need to add the mobile version of there wallet to target the majority of the crypto user especially on crypto wallet market. A wallet means you can easy access just like 1 tap on the app then you can transfer easily funds.

Yes, that what I'm trying to say, a mobile version is really wanted. But as far as marketing, they've mentioned that their hands are tied because of limited budget. They have been using this community to promote their site and it seems very effective I will assume, that's why they continue to have their signature campaigns for many weeks now.

Web wallet and windows wallet is not that famous because there's a lot of danger on accessing it. User are prone on different malware that can exploit there wallet. A banner in coinmarketcap.com is not that reliable on getting a real user, Most the people using coinmarketcap is not clicking ads and also, many scam project already put ads there so I believe CMC doesn't care what project being advertised there.

We can't really say if CMC banner is effective or not, they are the only one who can judge its effectiveness. But base on what I observed, I'm seen many projects uses CMC because we all know that it is one of the most go to sites and that's why Binance purchase it. So it might be a good marketing strategy after-all.

This is what i checked first in mobile store as i want to try downloading first before creating an account but finding out that they have not in Mobile application yet i created mine,And what features i found cool and safety is when you refresh browser the account will automatically Logged out and you need to log in again,things that really what i am looking for,though i'm not sure if this is a feature or my browser is bugged?

Exactly what i am doing,actually all the adds popping in CoinmarketCap i was closing even before browsing for the currency i wanna check.

and the safety of browsing more and more while the wallet can be safely installed in our mobile and it's our responsibility how to keep them safe.

I just used it and it's very easy to register and it has an attractive interface, and besides that it is easy to operate with a web wallet.
and I will try to dig deeper into the Bitamp wallet so that I can understand it well and are interested in using it, and if Bitamp is in the mobile application or playstore I will download it because it will be easier without having to go to the web just click the bitamp application.

As far as I've read in the media, there are already banks that recognize cryptocurrencies as a legitimate means of payment. This isn't something new.

Moreover in my country, there are already some public institutions that accept cryptocurrencies, and I think these are positive examples that we need for bitcoin as a whole. We need more real-world businesses and institutions that treat crypto in the same way as fiat currencies. As for the banks, as they are now they will quickly accommodate to the trend.

Here's my feedback for the wallet installation: It was a good one like others in the industry, good UI and with maximum simplicity for any newborn in the industry to carry-on anytime any-day without issue. I'm not exactly sure what you've installed, but as far as I know, Bitamp Wallet doesn't have a desktop version of the software, but it only exists as a web application running within your web browser.

There's no installation, just open a web browser and log in to your wallet using Seed, Private Key or Keystore File. Simple but effective.

I only access my bitamp wallet from a laptop use chrome or firefox, never tried to access it from a phone browser, maybe who's asked about the application because feel more practical don't need to type the web name even though can bookmarks the website and safer too.

This is a great way to get easy access to any site. I make shortcuts for some of the services myself.
But as far as the mobile app is concerned, I've tried to summarize the advantages here. In addition, the official mobile app reduces the risk for fake, malicious apps to appear.

I think you are asking about signing and verifying a bitcoin message from a wallet. There is no feature for Sign the owner's wallet.

You can not as I know. There are two under-developing features for Bitamp wallet: Lightning and Exchange.

You can only get your private key for each of your receiving address. It is cool because Bitamp gives you 3 types of address. The process to create a wallet on Bitamp is simple so why not try it yourself and get experience how it is about?

The most simple and user-friendly Bitcoin wallet I have ever used is Bitamp. You know it is an open-source web wallet and you will get full control on your wallet with seeds and private key. In fact, most of the web wallet doesn't support signing message But If you have access on your own private key and seeds then it is easy to import it anywhere you want and sign a message. Bitamp gives you the full control on your private key, you can import it on mycelium/electrum and sign message.

Another thing is you can also import your mycelium or elecrtum seeds on Bitamp, it's really great.

I disagree though, there are crypto users who prefer to used their mobile apps for everything related to their crypto activity, that's why Binance has it's own mobile version, even coins.ph (Philippine local exchange) has it's own mobile.

Besides, it's a good gauge how 'many' are using your apps with the amount of downloads you got, might not be an accurate picture, but still you know that someone is using your apps.

In any case, we will just have to wait for Bitamp developers as it is in their roadmap if I'm not mistaken.

The comparison might not be appropriate for me. Obviously, it's necessary for coins.ph and Binance to have a mobile application since they are a "custodial wallet" that offers various and different crypto-related services (trading, buy, sell, etc). Accessing their service thru the website only might not give convenience to its customers.

On the other hand, Bitamp is a non-custodial wallet that primarily focuses on transparency and wallet security. So it's not really necessary to have a mobile app for this but if given by chance, then good.

I'm not saying they should not consider it. What I'm saying is, should not be a priority or at least the primary talks on the table. But as you said, if that's on their roadmap then it will be a good additional feature.

We cant deny that having its own mobile app is much more easier and convenient to use rather than on directly accessing it on a browser but somehow you can
really able to use it without any hiccups yet its mobile friendly but same as others suggested then having an app will also a good option to make.

Do this for other wallets but still we can't deny the fact that mobile app is more handy, but thanks anyways this info is helpful to others who doesn't know about this option. Also its good thing that the bitamp team is active to watch the thread and listen to the suggestion given by the community and maybe its good thing for us to wait for further more updates here.

I find the login using the seed really intriguing. I'm used to the seed (or the private key) to be the foundational block of a wallet, that isn't used directly, but here you can just "connect" with it. If I understand correctly I don't really connect, the browser just "recreates" the wallet on the fly every time ?

Actually, most Bitcoin clients/wallets should be able to work the same way, if they use the same derivative path.

The seed isn't your private key, actually... in a simple way to explain, the seed is just a sequence of words that, if entered in the correct order, is converted by formulas to give you access to your wallet plus the keys (both public and private) belonging to the wallet.

You can only get your private key for each of your receiving address.

I don't get your point here mate, are you trying to say that each time you regenerate new address on bitamp, immediately you are given out new pk?, or you mean, each type of address like legacy-address (starting with 1), P2SH-address (starting with 3), Segwit address(starting with bc1), all have their respective private key? Let me be clarified mate.
