That's a great achievement to be proud of. I am glad more of these ATMs are being installed across the world but i have not seen much progress in the western part of Africa when it comes to establishing bitcoin ATMs. One thing that I love about about these bitcoin ATMs is that some of them also accept other major cryptocurrencies as well which is a good idea to increase the efforts of crypto mass adoption.

Too good to see the adoption takes well and the development continues but it was to think also that some countries are still left behind from this huge and impressive development. In fact, we are unfortunate to have nothing in our country. If we only have for at least one Bitcoin ATM in our country it gives courage to our fellow countrymen to adopt the system and it drives more awareness to us.
Anyway, I saw a continuous development in the market and that pretty soon to come a moment that it will come to us and people could use it. Let's give the moment for the big countries to have it first.

There is a lot to contribute to the introduction of Bitcoin to the people who knows nothing about crypto currency. It will be easy for us as well to buy or sell Bitcoin and altcoin for cash. It helps to encourage more people to use Bitcoin.
Baby steps as people say it. It's been more than a decade and I think despite the small steps we take, it is essential since people are actually are slowly considering Bitcoins and cryptocurrencies. Though the problem here is that there are scams surrounding and I hope people would be cleared as to what is legitimate and what is not. Some of the new ones are weeded out of because of it. I just hope more people are actually using the ATM here in our country.

I am very surprised by the number of bitcoin ATM machines that has increased significantly, this is a good sign for the development of bitcoin. Unfortunately most of them only circulate in the United States, hopefully it can be evenly distributed to all countries. To this day I really hope bitcoin ATM machines can enter my country, because I'm very curious to try to do a bitcoin transaction with an ATM.

Perhaps the problem with so much centralization of such devices on one continent is that there are no more independent initiatives by individuals to set them up in their own countries. I think I’ve seen those cheapest models cost under $1000, but they’re more like small gearboxes, and those real ATMs are still in the price range above $3000. Yet it is too expensive for most of those who would like to try, and may not live in big cities where such an investment would be profitable. Maybe things will change in the future, because if there is really increased demand, then supply will adequately respond to it.

I was wondering why so many crypto atm’s around me are disappearing. They have really high fees but that’s understandable considering the location must be rented from the business that is hosting it. I wonder if the high fees are killing them or is there really no market for the service?

Some people have said since majority of the ATMs are in the United States and Canada, it means that adoption is not happening other places. That’s not right, the adoption is going on in other places, even in Africa; in countries like Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa and lots of them.
ATM is not really necessary for the adoption of cryptocurrency, because everything you can do with a cryptocurrency ATM you can do it and even more using your smartphone and computer, and it’s more convenient than having to make use of Bitcoin ATM. I am not seeing in near future also people will be preferring bitcoin ATMs like how they do as of today. Because, there could be alternative for every aspect of bitcoin ATM which means we have buy and sell cryptos more easily than do with the help of bitcoin ATMs.

More than 8000 places with incredible fees. Id rather buy some crypto on bitfinex from card, fees there are lower
There is a belief, that when you buy bitcoin in ATM, you keep your identity unrevealed. Of course, local cameral can still shot your face and try to identify you. But crypto ATM doesn't have a built-in camera, like in usual ATM's. When you "buy some crypto on bitfinex from card", I'm 100% sure that you need to pass KYC. Long story short. Many crypto ATM’s have cameras. Might be not strictly for KYC, rather than to prevent fraud or vandalism. Source: I have been researching this topic on a thread of mine, and at least two different ATM operators have confirmed that. In Italian: Comprare Bitcoin senza KYC: Bitcoin bancomat a Milano rispettoso della Privacy Really? so where is the privacy on crypto ATM machines? - I don't know how it really works but I'm sure you need to connect with your phone, keys or something , I really don't know how crypto ATMs really work, can't imagine tho we have thousands of it already, but isn't it not fair to have cameras? I know ATMs usually have cameras for security but on this one? I'm very skeptical on dealing with one of these, aside it looks so boring to me coz it will be longer than usual ATMs. So we cannot just order anybody to withdraw our crypto in an ATM?

It makes people to have a convenient bitcoin transaction for those who are nearby ATM's machine. It shows continued growth of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. The mass adoption for bitcoin will surely increase and someday many people now without knowledge in bitcoin will engage in cryptocurrency because as time passed, bitcoin became more and more popular and recognizable.
It's really nice seeing more and more bitcoin/ crypto ATM being install with each passing day and i strongly believe it will boost adoption as the outside world or people who are being sceptical about bitcoin will get to understand that tge vision of cryptocurrency is far from an abstract. However, it would be nice if the ATMs are being installed in other nations instead of just USA

I think crypto ATMs can serve as promotional strategy as many people are still not showing their faith in cryptocurrency due to safety and security as said by many poeople what if BTC vanished one day? So this will ensure people that BTC or other cryptos are not going anywhere. USA has 6000 ATM which allow people to sell or buy crypto but the numbers are minimal in other countries as 122 countries don't have any ATM. I hope in future mass adoption of cryptocurrency will surely increase someday.

Not everyone will even use Bitcoin ATM even though they are bitcoin holders. And among those 8,000 ATMs available, I think there are only 3 or 4 ATMs available in my country and personally, I have not seen one. So I don't think it's enough to attract the public in my country. That's why it's still far to consider getting mass adoption with it because most machines were installed in a single country.
Also, the contribution of bitcoin ATMs in mass adaption is not that huge because even some crypto holders won't even use it. The machine will just attract passers-by if they got curious about that, but it does not necessarily mean they will adopt crypto. But it's still good that the number of ATMs is increasing even though some holders do not prefer it due to higher fees.

So i do think that these atms will help to improve trust in the bitcoin. But it is still much space to grow. A number of 8000 Atms is for sure not low but there is still a lot of space to increase this very number
The number is very low in my opinion but I think that we are off to a good start, I hope that many entrepreneur and people should jump the shark and invest to create more of these. Not everyone will even use Bitcoin ATM even though they are bitcoin holders. And among those 8,000 ATMs available, I think there are only 3 or 4 ATMs available in my country and personally, I have not seen one. So I don't think it's enough to attract the public in my country. But it's still good that the number of ATMs is increasing even though some holders do not prefer it due to higher fees.
Have a little faith, the numbers is still low so we can deduce that there will be long way to go for the people to completely adapt it. The benefits they give back to the community is agreeably low, they should keep their PR on par with the cryptocurrency they are supporting.

Don't worry mate because Banks now are also doing their way to Help people accumulate Bitcoins and some altcoins using their machines and i think this ismuch better than offering only Bitcoin alone right? because most of us now also Love having altcoins and not only Bitcoin for Holding.

The number of crypto ATM's worldwide has grown to more than 8,000 just a month after passing the 7,000 mark in March. According to the monitoring resource coinATMradar, there are currently 8,208 ATM's in 73 countries allowing users to buy and sell Bitcoin and Altcoins for Cash. More than 6,000 of them are in the United States. https://cointelegraph.com/news/there-are-now-more-than-8-000-bitcoin-atms-worldwideIt makes people to have a convenient bitcoin transaction for those who are nearby ATM's machine. The mass adoption for bitcoin will surely increase and someday many people now without knowledge in bitcoin will engage in cryptocurrency because as time passed, bitcoin became more and more popular and recognizable. That was really pretty awesome how usage of Bitcoin is massively being adapted worldwide with the increase of numbers when it comes to the existence of 8,000 Bitcoin ATM's worldwide. This really gives a lot more convenience into people who are into using Bitcoin for they can now easily do transaction with Bitcoin because of this. This just come into my mind that on the near future, the existence of Bitcoin ATMs will continue to grow evenly once usage of Bitcoin have already been massively recognized and adapted by many people. This just shows a big step into massive adaptation of Bitcoin usage that can grow even more once people know the importance and usage of Bitcoin.

I believe that there are more ATM bitcoin machine in Las vegas?well i am not sure but that.s what i have read in the past. Well this is Very positive for our market here and us being Bitcoin supporter to know that the Legacy is still living and the world will be filling with Bitcoin ATM machine onward. In our country there are very Few strategic location that has ATM machines for crypto but nowadays Banks are extending their actions and adopting blockchain as we.. so more or less?in future we will be coming like what Las vegas has.

Good news for mass adoption but it must separate through the world. More than 75% in the USA means again not a homogeneous distribution. Europe can achieve this.

You are so right about this, a good example is Africa where there are less than 20 to 30 crypto ATMs, I noticed Europes are the next after North America. Asia, Australia and Africa needs to also adopt crypto ATMs the way North America and Europe did because this can also help in more bitcoin adotion and thebadoption of other cryptocurrencies the ATMs are supporting.

If I'm not mistaken I remember some sites that have all the current maps where those Bitcoin ATM located. the only thing I don't know is if they are up to date or not. nevertheless, that site is helpful to check if your city has one of the Bitcoin ATM. you can actually try it yourself if how that thing works. Maybe If we have that kind of ATM here in our cite, I might post some details about my experience. The site I was talking about is here: https://bitcoinatmmap.com/

Also some Banks offers Bitcoin purchasing and also some countries 7/11 offers to convert Fiat for Bitcoin and other chosen cryptos so there are plenty of option to Get Bitcoin then it wasn't that needed to have Bitcoin ATM in totality . But it is good to have more machines scattered all over the world.
