There's nothing surprising about the top three, haha,still BTC,ETH and XRP,and BTC is still way ahead.BTC is the pronoun of Crypto, maybe you do not know what is crypto, but you still have heard about the name of BTC.Comparing to BTC,LTC is a little behind,i still remeber a word:"BTC is gold,LTC is silver".

I'm so glad, found bitcoin itself as 80.4% which is forth-fifth of google search result for whole Crypto market.if try to check btc market cap then no doubt of it, percentage mentioned above, is true.furthermore for ether, its google search is going to increase more because of upcoming upgrade version of it. Others low percentage coins are also going to increase much

This list is something I totally recognize all the cryptos, but if you look at Coingecko updates you will see that the weekly searches are based on a lot of unknown cryptos, it's weird.

Bitcoin will be always searched as the indicator of the cryptocurrencies prices. As for the rest of altcoins, new tokens will be “Googled” for often than others, when they become hype projects. This statistics will be always flexible as everything on the crypto market.

I think maybe it changed now, because of the DeFi trend. YFI and all if its Y family coin will be the most searched on internet. LTC has barely seen any news for the past year or so, so I think it's hard to be in the top search right now.

When you compare it with the market cap, then where is Bitcoin Satoshi Vision, EOS or Binance Coin?

Its a pleasure to aware about bitcoin is dominating currency of google search by 80%. but Dogecoin reserved  1,8%, that's wondering to me.because dogecoin is not a good coin for trading or holding for long.no progress has been since several years.actually search volume isn't means users use that coin. I also search so many tokens for collect temporary information but in reality, i don't hodl them at all.

This post were serve as a proof that a lot of people know already what cryptocurrency is and especially bitcoin which has the highest search rate. This only indicates that people already knew the significance of digital currency and people nowadays were already open minded for this kind of investment. No doubt that bitcoin is the most searched cryptocurrencies on google because it is the most popular and number one coin in the crypto market. I think you are too harsh on Dogecoin for not being a good coin because even Dogecoin didn't make any progress for many years, I still manage to survive until now, and many people are speculating that Doge will increase its price this year in 2020.

Having so many low valued/shit coins in the market shows how it is easy to make a token or coin in cryptomarket and to be supported by some investors and some of it managed to survive for so long. We do have too many coins existing today and to be born, Searching in google on what coin will succeed in the future can possibly show you some results, I'm pretty sure that the result showed to you by Google is shilled by some people who are making articles shilling projects or paid review sites.

I think the trend will slightly change now mate because of there are too many scam now that using Ethereum Platform so fore sure the search will go directly to ethereum currency.

Do you have update after 4 months of posting this?because i'm sure Ethereum has already increase against bitcoin.

It's understandable that Bitcoin should be on top of the searches, we are in the adoption period and there are new investors coming in so they will search for Bitcoin first above all the other coins, and investors who already knows about Bitcoin will then shift to other coins.

I will start by saying that when someone hears anything about crypto the first place to go is Google. For example, educating someone about Bitcoin the first place the person will seek Information is from Google hence the reason for the major dominance above others with regards to the report. But coming down to the coinmarketcap is a different thing altogether, I will say those who uses coinmarketcap much are those with knowledge of cryptocurrencies. However, looking at the results, it is evident that people knows what they are looking for, the reason for such results is what no one can actually say, but in the case of Binance coin, maybe it is because it is an exchange coin but as for EOS to be frank I do not hold that coin in high regards because I think the team really needs to work on their platform. As for the other, that is Bitcoin Satoshi Vision, people do not know about it, what they know is BITCOIN.

According to the chart, none comes close to the king of all of them BTC, it shows there is no one benching it in the nearest decade.

Yes. A whole lot of people use bitcoin many times before they know about other Cryptocurrencies, it is mainly trading for quick ROI that exposes people to other high volatile altcoins. Even as the news of ETH 2.0 is everywhere, it's search rating doesn't even come close to that of Bitcoin.

Thanks for your recent information. Bitcoin (BTC) is the all time king in cryptocurrency. People have to enter the world of cryptocurrency by finding Bitcoin. That's why I think the search for bitcoin is so much. People find other coins only after learning about bitcoin.

Everything is on its own place, but too strange and interesting to see IOTA on such high position, because there haven`t been any big news from this project for a long time. And it`s strange that there is no Binance coin, because Binance is one of the best and biggest exchnages

Thanks for your recent information. Bitcoin (BTC) is the all time king in cryptocurrency. People have to enter the world of cryptocurrency by finding Bitcoin. That's why I think the search for bitcoin is so much. People find other coins only after learning about bitcoin.

Probably some investors change their minds on investment after the Bitcoin investment. Because Bitcoin dominance is below 63 percent where 13 percent more people had interest in Bitcoin. Although we searched for anything when we heard something for the first time. Suppose we discussed several times about the Bitcoin legality but we didn't discuss any other coins.
