Every Wednesday and Saturday, I will purchase a ticket in the Powerball draw. If I win the top prize in the Powerball draw, 10% of the winnings will be allocated to accounts displaying the signature. The Powerball prize begins at $2.6 million and can jackpot all the way up to $32 million, so if you are the only person with the signature then you could make up to $3.2 million for doing absolutely nothing! If there are two accounts with the signature and one of them is yours, then you could make up to $1.6 million, and so on.

Is this game has something also like consolation if ever got any 3 to 5 numbers in the draw lots? Im thinking its the same on our country that have consolation prizes once you got 3 to 5 out of 6 numbers.

Just like to clarify, does the signature participants can also have 10% winning in this if by any chance you win consolation only and not the jackpot prize?

The OP has never stated in the rules that alt accounts are not permitted, it has not even ruled out enrolling multiple alt accounts.

The New Zealand lottery does have lower tier prizes if you get e.g. 4 or 5 numbers correct but they are so low compared to the top prize that I decided to only make it applicable if I won the top prize (6 numbers + Powerball). I remember slightly over a year ago I got 5 numbers + Powerball but ended up only winning about $1,200 despite the fact that the odds were something like 1 in 200,000.

Payments will be made in BTC (I've since updated the OP). Converting such a huge amount of fiat to BTC would probably take some time but I'll try to get it done within 30 days. There is no maximum limit for participants.

Unless things have changed since I've been away and theymos has instituted a board-wide rule against alt accounts participating in signature campaigns, then they're fine.

Mainly what I don't want is one person registering something like 20 brand new accounts just to put my signature on them (which could be done in a few minutes since creating an account is usually free). Then if there are 25 accounts in the signature campaign and 20 of these are owned by this one person, then they would get nearly all of the 10% and everyone else would only get a few crumbs each and that wouldn't be very ideal.

(Also, active accounts are fine too, but there are much better signature campaigns for those out there. I've updated the OP.)

As stompix said above, I am using my real name. If I don't pay out, you could take it to the editors at Stuff.co.nz or Nzherald.co.nz (basically our two biggest news sites) and they will probably write a scathing article about me calling me a fraudster.

Well that depends on whether or not you believe in the existence of God and/or the power of prayer.

Odds are 1 in 38,383,800. There is a minimum of four lines per ticket so that works out to 1 in 9,595,950 odds per four-line ticket. The current top prize up for grabs is $4 million NZD so that makes each ticket worth about $0.40 NZD (ignoring lower division prizes and the possibility of a sharing the top prize). 10 percent of that is 4 cents NZD or about 2.6 US cents. If you assume a 50:50 chance of me paying out in the event of a win, then that brings the expected value down to 1.3 cents.

So by changing your signature to the prayer, your overall gain is 1.3 cents on the day of the draw. However, since it's a recurring event, the actual value is limitless and approaches infinity.

If you are really serious on your giveaway then you should require them to apply here or fill up a registration form so that you can track them and check whether they are still wearing signature or not. Because this campaign will be easily abused in case you REALLY WON the jackpot. Anyone can wear the signature right after you announce that you won the jackpot.

And re-echoing statement above. Most of the user will be recently woke and participate here will be hack or bought account so beware.

Adding another important point, OP should also consider displaying the participant sheet to the public here in this thread to avoid misunderstanding at the end of the bounty.
