That's correct. I wonder why op's account is terminated. It must be because of breaking one of the site's rules and the fund is frozen because of it. I am not in either sides but I will ask you that if you have read their terms and condition as stated in the quote above before gambling on their platform. Did you?.
I have sufficient proof, they kept my account 1 year with frozen balance and then all of a sudden removed my full balance including my deposit!
Then after they removed it they sent an email saying they are terminating my account. Fun little fact here; you can write 100 emails, talk 200 times to cs nothing changes.
