As this thread is way more active and has more views im posting this to hope for a resolution

I have seen Bitcasino.io isn't active around here but ''sister'' sportsbet.io is, so im reaching out to you guys to solve my issue

After countless of emails from both me and my buddy, countless of livechats, hours of feeling helpless we thought there is no way to get our money and we simply have been scammed by bitcasino.io

2 days ago  i logged in after a full year to see if they maybe came to the conclusion that they've scammed me and felt sorry for their actions,
They didn't. they simply removed my full balance aswell as try to erase the complete history! (As seen in the pictures) At this moment they terminated my account because they know they are in the wrong. The picture proof is as of recently!  If there is a place where i can provide my proof please let me know  They are hiding transactions but fortunately i saved everything!

After feeling so ***** over my friend and i decided to both submit a complaint as were feeling helpless.
 we thought there is nothing left to do than to post it here

I Lost my deposit aswell as my winnings in this situation here along with my buddy who has the same fate unfortunately.

I have sufficient proof that will keep your jaws open
Please help us!

Well if we are being honest.   I lost alot on the Watford match with 2 bloody goals in the 90'!  But you caught my attention by saying "Scam" when i was watching Bitcasino = Sportsbet on the tube this morning.  You should be more professional if you want anyon to take your side or even to read your complaint.  That is all good day

Because someone has money to advertise on watford doesn't mean its all unicorns and rainbows.
There is absolutely no way to get in touch with these folks, i have tried for over a year being calm and respectfull but my fuse has burned up.

Are you sure that you didn't break their rules that will cause your account being terminated or no longer available and they have the right to freeze your funds or remove depends on the site's Terms and conditions. Many people experience this problem because of not reading their Terms and condition and in the end it's the gamblers fault.

That's correct. I wonder why op's account is terminated. It must be because of breaking one of the site's rules and the fund is frozen because of it. I am not in either sides but I will ask you that if you have read their terms and condition as stated in the quote above before gambling on their platform. Did you?.

That's all what you can say when you don't investigate and read firsr when gambling on a gambling site even if you know it's fair but once the rule is violated then you don't have a choice or to save your funds from being removed or being frozen. Even reputable sites would also have issues so it's much better if you are careful enough not to violate any rules.

I have sufficient proof, they kept my account 1 year with frozen balance and then all of a sudden removed my full balance including my deposit!
Then after they removed it they sent an email saying they are terminating my account. Fun little fact here; you can write 100 emails, talk 200 times to cs nothing changes.

Now 2 days ago i logged in, and as i started saying im really going to take action they terminated my account and hid my transactions, aswell as im now unable to login...
This is theft.

Fairlay is not really a book, it is a market. You bet against other people and rely on the math of the platform to work out for you. So ok, in that sense, it is the smart contract (or whatever code) that is the one that determines everything,,, but trust me if you try to double spend on Fairlay you will equally get outsmarted and confiscated!

Having strong evidence will help you file a complaint if you really want to pursue them as what post above stated and will give their platform a bad record. If you believe that you have been scammed then it should be moved to scam accusation and provide all your evidences to get your funds back. Unless you are hiding something that will make your evidence useless.
