Would ANACS grade a coin with "Do it your self" Pkey + hologram? How flexible are they with the writing on the slap, would they e.g. write the full public key there?

They grade the Casascius coins so I don't see a difference there. I do not think they would indicate a public key that is not directly on the coin. What you could do is have the public key laser etched in the gaps between Silver and Wallets. I plan on having that done for one of mine. I would also recommend making sure anyone who does handle the coin to wear gloves. You'd be surprised at how many non collectors do not realize they shouldn't be handling it.

Is the idea then that the public key is etched into the metal?  Seems cool and ballsy.  If that address is ever compromised, the coin will be an eternal reminder of the faliure.

Looks really good, the price does seem fair although it's still out of my budget to be fair.

Good luck with sales!

Thanks for pointing that scammer out...he is stealing our design.  I have left negative feedback for him.  I will also contact indiegogo and let them know that is a blatant scam.

No worries..I knew something was wrong the minute I saw post. Your coins are well known so no way that scammer would have succeeded.

I saw that copy-coin before the topic was removed, despicable.

Cryptography is one of the few things you can truly trust.

Yeah his Indiegogo campaign has been removed as well Wink

What amazes me is these guys aren't even putting any effort into their scams anymore. At least try man. Blatantly stealing my design and Casascius hologram and photo shopping a few letters on it does not make it yours. Nor will anyone in this community stand for that kind of stuff.

Thanks to everyone for all the continued support and your quick reaction to his thread!

I called him out on that right when I saw it, before the thread was deleted. I thought he already had it minted and done so told him to contact Nightowlace to pay royalty fees. I didn't look closely to realize it was just a photoshop. His other thread still exist though:

I just went to the link and true enough he's back trying to scam someone. It's a good thing he's been spotted fast or else someone new might fall for it and get scammed!

Silver Wallets will have a booth at Inside Bitcoins next week and we will be taking all remaining numbered gold plated coins and design two coins with us. If you would like one get it now. The conference will draw a large number of people and we hope to sell out. Thank you!
