It seems that your whitepaper is plagiarised, but I read your message where you said yourself it was a mistake, so you provided proof that your team isn't professional, included yourself, that you didn't double-check everything before launch. Your main purpose was to collect funds, with whatever means.

Its seems you got negative feedback for plagiarism. What you will fix? Are someone your employee on the forum who have exposed your plagiarism? If not then they are the not one who will point out your mistakes and write you on privately. Whoever expose this matter they want to help the community and save forum users from such shady platform. Changing the contents of the whitepaper now after getting busted doesn't erase the fact that you plagiarized it in the first place. If it was your mistake as you "claim" then you pay for it, the feedback acts a reference.

Plagiarism is plagiarism regardless of which part of text was copied. It's deception (passing someone's work as your own) and in this case it's deception with the purpose of raising funds for your IEO (fraud).

Please believe us, we would love nothing more than to have those spam comments deleted from our ANN. We would delete them if we could. If you take a look on our social media accounts. We have recently deleted these obviously fake commentators wherever we found them. We agree, its not a good look and not fooling anyone. We should not have taken these "ICO service providers" at their word when we first started our IEO. We will be restarting our ICO and we will not make this mistake again.

I find that hard to believe. The thread was up for a year. You could have reported that spam to moderators. In fact, someone did report those spammers - many of them are banned - but you didn't make any effort to clean up your thread.

That's all well and good, but good luck trying to convince anyone that someone else is to blame for what looks to be a typical case of plagiarism and identity theft, which is rampant within the ICO space. 

As far as complaining about the feedback you got, I don't think you have a leg to stand on.  The evidence was laid out in a pretty clear manner showing both plagiarism and using photos from the internet to represent team members.  And even if you gave evidence that someone else screwed you over with those "ICO services" nobody is likely to care.  You blew it.

Now i understand your point. I need you to understand that crypto related project scam is done in assortments of ways and it not only project that robs investors/bounty hunter off their money are the only project to tag as scam, every project that is not honest in either through the roadmap, whitepaper or rewards etc can also be tag as scam project.

I have had a video chat with members of the team before. I have been shown documents such as utility bills with their names on it, drivers ID's, government issued mining licences,   and the contracts with land owners and partners.

I guess I could go further and ask the government that issued the documents. (After all if the government documents weren't real the "team" would be (legally) in really hot water)

About me: A couple of months back I was scouted to be an ICO adviser for iCoin. They fell into a hole they dug for themselves with the whole plagarism and fake marketing services stuff and needed my consult on how to now get out. Of course, the scam accusation made me very sceptical but they always provided me all the extra evidence I asked from them.

I have worked with other projects who fell for bad ICO services before. One of my projects paid over 10 BTC to be listed on IDAX. IDAX gave them a few hours of listing time,
said the IEO was a success and that was it. To my knowledge, no funds withdrawal was ever made, . They even hired lawyers but its no use. But yeah, I agree with the posters here; iCoin should have been more careful. I hope this was a lesson well learnt. ICO world is full of bad apples.

I don't see here false accusation, you are plagiarised WP, and there is nothing false. Why you hire new people? Only because the old team just copy/paste someone's else work and portrayed him as yours?
Negative trust here serves as a warning to potential investors to know that you are also ready for some dishonourable actions to collect money from them. we often see various excuses, you didn't do it, a marketing agency which you hired they have not done their job and they are guilty of plagiarism ... at the end, it is your duty to pay attention to every detail of the project including whitepaper and team members pictures.
Maybe you really had no idea to scam on someone, but by this, you have shown unprofessionalism and a characteristic that bothers many projects, you are sloppy and do not pay attention to all the details.
