Did you try to withdraw part of it? Maybe one of deposits is stuck (video shows only few deposits out of many) and that's why they don't allow you to withdraw whole wallet. Even if its not stuck on blockchain there can be an error in their database with one deposit. Try with 100$, 1000$.

That being said, I don't have the patience to watch your video with bad audio. Can you post a clear summary of what happened?

Wow, look at those deposit logs! Certainly no problem with escalation there... as far as I can see, though, this is a case of some technical problem in relation to how their databases are checking confirmation status. Live chat is outsourced to typically ignorant customer service (they won't be able to help much in terms of blockchain or anything crypto-related) so that's why you got stonewalled there.

Certainly is problematic if they have a withdrawal issue and they aren't fixing it immediately.I wouldn't call them scammers, but it's certainly a huge inconvenience when this happens.

what shocked me Is why the owners of the casinos do not usually answer these threads of complaints and if answer the argument is: "multiple accounts that are against TOS" and do not show proof and when asked why they do not show proof of these multiple accounts they reply: "we cannot disclose our methods". That makes it difficult

I believe they must have tried talking to him and told him what was on group but OP is someone very cocky. He even started attacking members here who tried to advice him. Judging from his behavior, I can tell he was banned from  Roobet's chats and possibly why Roobet's support no longer want to respond to him.

Yes it is another low-level account, surprisingly woke up with a last post in May 2017 then posted here then promptly vanished again. I have left appropriate feedback too.
