Well, this is a very right quotation but believe me it does not apply to all. Why do i say so? Bounty detective has alot of active bounty campaigns that are totally reliable and up to taste; and also, you have the opportunity to make the choices just as it pleases you as regards what bounties to join.

Bounty management is all about the money, and focus has always been about that.

this point that make me give high respect to bubbalex. he has his own standar to received project that will managed. this is one of bounty manager which is has idealism with his work. as bounty hunter we will get benefits from this idealism, scamm projects will decrease alot if most of bounty manager do the same thing.

As a bounty manager, it is good to know your worth regardless of the offer, that is how you build a reputation as a highly rated bm, I guess Bubbalex is making the right decision for waiting for the right project that he feels is good enough for him to promote, it is good he is not putting money ahead of reputation and quality, it is important to set a standard and abide by those standard. Kudos.

Bubbalex is an excellent manager, but he also had useless campaigns that did not show any work, so I think that his decision not to conduct a bounty campaign is not connected with the fact that there are only bad projects. maybe he just asks a lot of money for his work

It's too hard for you to see quality projects implementing bounty, so if everyone acts like Bubbalex then I believe you only see 5-10 bounty campaigns every year in this forum.

It's great to see some of the bounty managers that are maintaining their standards. There are many who don't even care and their were some who misused their trust to scam the participants and the investors. Hope every bounty managers would learn from mistakes of previous managers and work with the projects but in favor of the bounty participants and the forum.

this is only mean that manager is always looking for a good project to manage and he review every project by his own . And not only base on the salary he will get for managing a campaign , but You can't blame other manager for accepting un trust worthly project because they also need money to use to live a life, and by having that it will add it as another way of income for them.

I have huge respect for bubbalex in terms on his managing skills. But there are still campaigns out there that I joined which end up not paying, Like BRAVO. I thought I was getting paid and I waited for months for nothing. I don't know what is the reason why they didn't pay the hunters for their work but it's likely that they don't want hunters getting a hand on their tokens when it gets released worldwide. It will be bad for them but it's really not fair that they did what they did.

I see most of his bounty being successful, a lot of people have been waiting for his bounty in the past few months but no project has been able to meet his requirements. Also I don't know how much money he requires to manage a project, but I think it won't be cheap.

Definitely inspirational and a thing to follow for most of the other bounty managers, most other campaign managers are doing just for the sake of it even if the campaign reward is pennies and even if the project never pay hunters, they just care about their fee and not about bounty hunters being paid, recently there have been a lot of campaigns about btcltcdigger and soficobounty managers, only a small percentage of their projects have paid and all others are either scam or making lame excuses not to pay hunters and these managers do not even bother to talk about it but the fact is that they being the middlemen are responsible till the calculated reward tokens among bounty hunters, I hope they will learn how to be professional otherwise hunters should completely boycott their campaigns.

Another issue besides the reputation of the project is the distribution, the team locked delay and sometimes failed to deliver the rewards on time, one manager who did the right thing by escrowing the token is Julerz.

It's very important also that the manager guaranty the distribution of the project without too many delays, this has been the issue on so many projects.
 I agree that Bubbalex is a good manager I remember working with one of his bounty I just cannot recall that project.

Most of the bounty managers these days do not have any standard and never do any analysis before launching them which is one of the reasons bounties are going shit. I would recommend every hunters not to join any bounty campaign which is managed by so called bounty managers who don't hold any responsibility for the hunters and think of making some money and weight their portfolio. Yahoo62274, Hhampuz, Julerz, bubbalex (Don't have much info on him though) are some of the good campaign managers and hunter should only join their campaign.

Maybe this is the reason why scam projects are one step ahead of bounty hunters nowadays? If every bounty managers can be this responsible there will be limited shit bounty campaigns in this forum, my advice is to keep doing research on your own, no one is perfect

Well this is nice from bubbalex, and if all bounty managers would follow the same way of thinking we would have fewer scams here on forum. But some managers will accept any kind of job as long as they are paid.  
And to be honest, bounty section is a mess, with all those bounties from unknown managers who don't even think about what they are promoting. Bubbalex is a guy who should be followed, and I think there's one of two good managers in bounty section and that's it, all others are suspicious!

If i was a bounty manager (though I don't intend to be one yet) I'd not manage ico/altcoin bounties, there's no way I'll determine if the bounty will pay the bounty hunters at the end of the project, if they won't make an exit scam, if their coins won't dump etc etc (there are just too many if's) they can approach me and look good, but just as many of them have, in the end they may not be. I appreciate the efforts of managers who manage altcoin bounties, but if I'm a BM, I'll manage only BTC paying bounties, to protect my reputation.

It’s usually the project which fails and then managers are named as scammers or people believe that it was publishing manager who dragged them into the project.

When other managers try to make their career into this bounty stuff then those people who where scammed before (unintentionally) will spread bad words about them and thus before they could even start something they will end up badly.

It’s crazy world around the forum, it’s all about public votes and their views about each profile.

This is a welcome development for Bubbalex; the bounty manager. I think reputation is the key word in the current crypto space. All other bounty managers should emulate the good image of Bubbalex so as to keep the bounty space healthy and safe.

Bubbalex has been examplery as a bounty managet while if we see other than him there is a rat race of getting more and more campaigns without analysing the quality of the project or the legitimacy of the team, due diligence of each new prohect is the need of the hour and is badly missing from current bounty managers, they desperstely need to adopt quality filterstions before accepting a new project for bounty campaign.

That is the hard thing to do to become bounty manager, you don't need to thinking when you have a project to be promoted and there is no bounty hunter who will join with. There always be bounty hunters who will promote the project, even the scam project though. Because they are only focus to find money here as long as his working didn't break the rule they will work it.

It will be different with bounty manager work, he has to find a good project and even he is required to have good criteria in order to get a reputation in this forum. For those bounty managers who have that thought I believe they will be a good bounty manager in this forum, also he will be trusted every time he launches bounty program then there will be many bounty hunters who will join and that will affect for the success of the project being promoted.
