Evaluate the project and that is actually the first thing to do. Besides, it is already in the practice of many Bounty managers. Because they just want to protect their reputation and as well as the participants whose effort couldn't just be wasted after the campaign.
What happens to other Bounty managers is that they are only looking for their own benefits, accepting scam and fake projects. Well, it is all about money matter, they secured their own but not the participants and the whole community protecting investors as well.

If all Bounty managers are of the same as what OP says, we can stop useless projects and minimize shitcoins, but something difficult as we all know that we are not thinking the same.

Bubbalex is a trusted bounty manager and we know how selective he chooses a project that wants to provide a bounty. But we must understand that it isn't a guarantee for all his bounties to be successful. Even Bubbalex have done everything properly and be selective, there is always a chance for not good ending on his bounties.

He ever said, "I am not a perfect one".

So, basically we must do our own research even it is a bounty managed by Bubbalex. Cartesi or Ferrum are really great examples of successful bounties managed by Bubbalex, but it doesn't mean all bounties will result in the same way.

However, I really appreciate Bubbalex, he did great work and maintain idealism to run bounties from good projects only. I hope he will survive a long time to manage bounties and be one of the top bounty managers.

Unfortunately, I have not yet found a good new project to launch a bounty. There were several opportunities to launch campaigns, but projects that wanted to order my services did not meet my standards, I would not want to launch a campaign for the campaign, with a project whose tokens have no real value.

This is a welcome development for Bubbalex; the bounty manager. I think reputation is the key word in the current crypto space. All other bounty managers should emulate the good image of Bubbalex so as to keep the bounty space healthy and safe.

He is a very well known bounty manager that was running the project based on the quality over the quantity. I know that and all of the managers must learn from this case too but remember the competition is really strict too.

Most other reputed managers also not involved in managing any bounty campaigns in the recent days but number of bounties didn't dropped as well so new managers are using this time as an advantage to make money for themselves because they get paid upfront unlike bounty participants who will receive months after bounty completion.

That's sound good. I have been offered by a few projects in the last couple of months to manage their bounty but I refuse them the project was not looking promising and they sound like scammer. Later, the projects were managed by some shit campaign managers and the result is usual.

No doubt he is a good bounty manager, but it is also a fact that he cannot get a project like Cartesi every time.
But I appreciate that he does not greedy for money, and wants to work only with good projects.

Im not sure about that and have you seen the latest project that managed by him which has already called as cartesi project? it's also listed on binance launch pad and it has been getting a big success. It looks like he was putting a very strict requirement before try to manage a project.

I don't think so, he' not resting or what, he just don't have any interest on useless projects.

Also, that project was promoted last 2018, his previous project that we know was the cartesi that a lot of user here really supported the project. He is really picky and investigate every project that was given to him, if it doesn't met his criteria, he will not bother.

One of the criteria in finding a good campaign is having an independent and reputable project managing it,I have second doubt back then joining a campaign if the bounty manager is part of the team i always prefer independent manager because his reputation is always at stake if the project prove to be a scam he can stop or get tagged for promoting bad project.

Bubbalex will not work with any project that does not have future, he ensures that the project guarantee him a better place in the market before he accept that kind of project. There are so many projects online that ends even before they got started,  some ends after icos while some ends and loose value less than two years after it kick-ups, bubbalex ensures all the projects he worked with does not loose it's value by following it carefully before he accept it.
There is one thing I quickly want to mention about @bubbalexmedia the way he relates with his member is very wonderful. Though there are so many stupid questions members asked but bubbalex still take it easy on them and answers them nicely. BUBBALEX, what is good manager I have ever met or let me say that bubbalex is the definition of a good and trustworthy manager.

This won't be easy for those bounty managers that have no other real life jobs, the less bounty campaigns they accept the less money they make, for bubbalex to do this he does have other way to survive, new bounty managers don't care about reputation but money making only.

Reputation is far better than money I'm glad some persons sees it for what it is. But for him to generalise that he hasn't seen a project with real utility well probably that has been his experience thus far because I see bounty detectives launching campaigns that pay in Eth there's no disputing that such project is good. So if his experience is that bad projects contact him then he's not doing something right that's my thoughts.

bublalex received many respect from bounty hunter due his work managing campaign, almost all his project successfull list in market and 100% paid. no on harmed or scammed from his campaign. all of us waiting his new campaign , but unfortunately he has own standard about project quality. bublalex not only thinking about his salary from managing campaign , but he also thinking about reward for hunter.

Bubbalex is a good bounty manager on this forum, he have introduced few reliable bounty campaigns since 2018 but I will like to advice bounty hunters to always do their own research no matter which BM the project comes from, bubbalex is human, he can do mistakes too, do not rely on every single projects from bounty managers

Don't be surprised that some BMs are being tagged for running bounties that are scams. There are quite many bounty managers in the Bounty board that you can see, some of them might be part of the devs and some of them are solely managers themselves.
I hope that the people that were managed by a certain bounty manager would consider leaving an appropriate feedback for future references also after the payment has been made.

Also those  bounty or campaign managers that you can rely on are the ones that imposes rules not just once but throughout the campaign ensuring the posts are up to quality, like our current and previous manager 777 Coin Campaign although it isn't the same as in Bounties board but somehow you can see the image of an amazing bounty/campaign manager.

I have the same thought also! I would appreciate it if every bounty hunter gives out feedback about BMs. In that way, newbies can have a trustworthy source to get information when they do their research about the campaigns. Bounty managers can build their reputation throughout this process also.

Bounty management is all about the money, and focus has always been about that.

Bounty Management is not about money, it's about reputation. If Bounty Detectives manages every bounties that comes their way, I'm sure they won't be here anymore. Do you think big managers like yahoo62278, Hhampuz doesn't get a lot of proposals from project? They always do proper research and accept anyone that's up to their standard.

Bubbalex's response is worthy of respect, and I hope that many Bounty managers will be of the same opinion. Most Bounty Hunters do not do a personal analysis of each project, but always rely on the reputation of a Bounty manager. To date, the number of new Bounty companies on the forum has decreased, since there are really no worthy projects, but I would like to draw attention to the fact that most of the topics of the existing Bounty companies on the forum are printed on behalf of the "Newbie". Based on this, everyone can create an account, conduct a Bounty company and not care about their reputation.

Yes, and sometimes BMs must also be careful in choosing and accepting projects, so that their reputation is maintained in the forum, because some BMs will be considered quality if some of the projects that he holds can be maximally successful.
