Just heard about this payment processor from google, nowpayments.io, if anyone who knows about it and if it's will be worth it listing the site in the op.
Also, change the URL of the coinbase to commerce.coinbase.com
Done
You have 4 listed website in your topic, meaning you've used all of them? Can you give a few comments about them? Which is better and which is more appropriate to use?
BitMaxz has commented and given a few sites that can be added, why don't you do that? His comment is also a suggestion
We are in the Community driven Forum, I gave you the list and you choose and tell about your experience, I can create another topic about experiences.
Add his suggestion
I updated your points. thanks
- Coinbase Commerce: AFAIK (I used to have an account there) you're not required to have a bank account or go through KYC. Where did you read that?
you need to have verified account i read it from they FAQ
This means any customer who signs up for Coinbase, as well as any customer who is currently on our platform who never verified their identity in the past, needs to verify their identity in order to continue using Coinbase.
yes you need to have some files and upload it.
- Both BTCPayServer and BitCartCC allow third-party hosting (a good option for the people without technical knowledge)
- Take off the "fees" field since they're all open source and none of them have any fees.
I will add it to pros.
Some Self-Hosted Bitcoin Payment Processors (open source) ask for fees
https://www.cryptowoo.com/I also think it would be a good idea to add a column that indicates whether the payment processor is using SegWit or not.
I added lightning network, but if I see someone else request to add this part I will add.
2 or than it
I would also add Pundi X Point of Sale machines which I know are being used in Singapore. This is not online, but physical. You can basically pay at a merchant like a card, use normal bank cards or even with bitcoin wallets, it will process as normal. You just need to scan QR code. Not sure which other countries too but this should count right?
I will add it as a third option. Can you provide more services, they are similar to brokerage in money transfers.
if I see someone else request to add this part I will add.
Good and useful topic. I thought that there is just one self-hosted payment proccessor in the market - BTCPayServer. But seems that there is some more alternatives - good to know..
There is one more service offering payment gateway - Spectrocoin:
https://spectrocoin.com/en/accept-bitcoin-payments.htmlThough, their reputation isn't the best one.
It is tooo dangerous, I have read their reputation and it contains some fraud reports so I cannot add them because the loss will be double.
And I think I found typo in your post. Under Coinbase requirements there is "erchant‘s bank account". Shouldn't it be "merchant's"?
yes it is merchant's sorry about that will add it
