The guy is a hacker, wasn't paid anything, and he chose to remove his video; Bitcasino didn't ask him to do it.

Basically what happened here is a user ended up winning 171 bitcoins on bitcasino.io playing their casino games. The user ended up getting his account locked and contacted the site and was asked for KYC. Casino asking for KYC is a normal practice in the industry, Locking the account while this process is ongoing, not so sure.


I am happy the guy is getting paid some of his money owed, but what I think is a bit odd is he was asked to remove the video and was given 28% of his win.

None of this is true now.

There was more to add to this section but looks like LAngel has deleted more of his posts. Either way, he has confirmed he is a cheater and that Bitcasino is in the right here.

The point of this thread was not to harm Bitcasino, but rather to hold them accountable. When the thread was 1st posted, I only had certain information available . LAngel had locked his thread before any reply from the company came, so this thread was opened to show the situation as it stood at the time and allow them to make a reply. I believe it is important for all companies to be held accountable and the community deserved a response as to the issue in question.

How does above info prove that LAngle specifically exploited or cheated the particular game ? Your explanation mergly proves that he had multiple accounts on your casino and was also active on other casino's, nothing much.

On the other hand, LAngle is firm that he didn't cheated 'dawn of olympus' game where he won the huge amount.

I doubt they will disclose how he manipulated the game. Maybe it wasn't even manipulated to begin with and LAngel is telling the truth that he won the 171 BTC fair and square but because he was a proven cheater, Bitcasino simply claims he cheated again.


To LAngel, you don't deserve to be paid any amount because of your past actions but thanks to your post, the exploited vulnerabilities hidden before are now known to us.

They do not necessarily need to prove this particular game was cheated. Having multiple accounts on their platform is against their Terms of Service, more so when you have cheated them on your previous account(s), that doesn't really count as 'nothing much', as all future accounts would be restricted.
Someone wanted for a crime can be arrested while doing something completely legal.

This kind of plateform are the reason why a lot of people are scared about cryptocurrencies. A cheater can take your money

Scams like this can also and have been run using fiat currencies. And with Fiat currencies the connection that was established between both accounts using the blockchain will take lots of time, paper work and approval to be checked as the blockchain is much more transparent.

If LAngel keeps winning in the next few days from other casinos because he found glitch from game creators then people might not play anymore.
Bitcasino said he withdraw 25BTC a few days ago before this 171 BTC win! Glitch is money then.

I don't think it matters much: LAngel admitted he won 171BTC while gambling with funds gained from fraud. Being a high roller is a lot easier with stolen funds than using funds you worked for, and since the funds came from the casino in the first place, none of the profits belong to him. He didn't risk his own funds.

Fair enough. Casinos wouldn't be allowing the money that was stolen from them eventually is used to bet on them. Hhampuz analogy makes sense.

It does sound a bit naive as well for giving the robber the amount he won while he use of the casino's money. But sooner I believe he is going to play somewhere else to take advantage of this glitch he discovered.

A cheater is always a cheater. He already admit that he do it previously and his current winnings is too shady. Who the heck will bet 30mbtc on a single spin in slot while his total balance was only 290+mbtc, the ratio of his bet to total balance is a bit odd and a normal gambler will not do that especially high rollers. High rollers knows how to manage bank roll and control wager. And also he is screen recording his game and a sudden jackpot happened? Do we really still believe on this cheater? This is obviously not luck because he knew already that he will win by the time he spin it that's why he is too confident.

He already stole at least probably 25 BTC... the last week.

And who knows maybe more since he was using another bug for years as he said.

Who knows? The guy was blatantly lying and I wouldn't buy that it was just pure out of luck if he knows there is a crack on the system.

If what Bitcasino said is true, he doesn't deserve a penny even. He is a cheater, cheater should be treated with no rewards. Bug hunters never take advantage of any flaws.
