I think no one has really won in this disaster. But people who have never stopped investing, even in this financial crisis will have the laugh as the market recovers very soon. This year has been worst emotionally, economically and socially. Hopefully it recovers asap and be the world of the pre-corona period!

Resellers. If you saw news of people reselling alcohol, face masks, tissues, etc. when the lockdown quarantine period started, you'd see them selling such stuff for unimaginable prices. It's really disappointing how people could still take advantage of others during a pandemic period. Well, they are just one of the more obvious winners during the Covid, but not the biggest one.

Medical supplies are also one type of winners, though tbh, I'd rather them not be winning like this since this just proves that the world is pretty much in a pickle. Can't really judge other countries since their schemes run pretty deep. Still, if ever someone develops a vaccine, they'd probably become the biggest winner in all of this. Ofc, granted that this vaccine is a legit one that works. Though after a few years, the rewards for the creation of said vaccine may depreciate, though it still varies depending on how the virus actually spreads from now on.

our government prohibit individuals from buying a lot of alcohol bottles, one person can only buy 2 bottles. its not surprising individual also find this an opportunity. facebook sellers of alcohols and face masks are flooding and some even have a brand of their own named "ALCOVID"   thats a winner.

PPE's are the hardest to find, its only for hte front liners but some people are looking to buy also. these are more expensive which some sellers were caught by authorities.

We are still at an early stage of the coronavirus pandemic,so it's too early to decide who is winning.
It's pretty clear that the pharmaceutical industry is going to be one of the biggest winners,but let's not be so optimistic about the creation of a working vaccine against the virus.
The global recession is a great opportunity for come countries and corporations to buy cheap and undervalued assets,so they are taking advantage of that opportunity.This is completely normal,but I don't know whether or not the virus was created deliberately,just because a part of the global elite wanted cheap assets and more power.
The question about who created the virus will remain unanswered forever,because there won't be enough evidence.

Based on my observation on what is happening right now, the biggest winner here in our country during Covid-19 is the our government.

Out of all those debts that they are getting from any organizations including the World Bank, we don't feel any improvement and relief from them. We really don't know where are all of those budget for this pandemic are going to because the risk of cases here is still increasing and some people are still suffering.

Maybe, it depends on the hospital if it is owned by a government or not. But still Medical sectors are the one who are getting a lot of profit because this is their season. In my country (India), the government tried to put obstacles for the eCommerce players, in order to help the local retail shops. But their measures proved to be counter-productive. For me, it's the essential industry which provides necessities such as foods (particularly canned goods) because it is what the government often give to their people as help. So even in terms of the pandemic or other calamities, they will still operate and even produce more supplies because of the demand. Those higher-ups are the ones benefiting from it the most because even without going outside their house, as long as their business is operating, they are generating income.

It's hard to believe if they purposely made the virus or not since there is no enough and concrete evidence, but one thing for sure is that a lot of people are already struggling so much because of this pandemic.

On the small scale probably scammers who had piles of facemasks lying around in their warehouses before the outbreak and were able to make millions selling them at high prices.

Winner in what sense, making a profit or winner in terms of generating fear and completely changing the functioning of society? I would not say that things can be viewed in such a simple way, it is much more complex than it seems, and it is still far from being able to predict when the virus could be brought under control in any way. But if you want the simplest answer, it’s actually always the same - The winners are those who emerge from each crisis even richer than they were before, and the losers are those who have been poorer and become even poorer.

Conspiracy theories are just one after the other, but they are just theories and no one is proving anything with solid evidence. I have not found such information, but I know that there is an agreement at the level of several EU countries that any effective vaccine must be "accessible, available and affordable everywhere in the EU." In this regard, most talk is about the vaccine produced in cooperation with Italy and the UK (AstraZeneca&Oxford University), and the first doses should be available as early as this year for the entire EU, and for the USA as well - while India has been allowed to produce one billion doses of vaccine.

If China makes an effective vaccine, I have no doubt that the world will use it - just as most protective equipment today comes from China, and most have no choice but to buy from them.

In my country, the covid19 victims are not charged to get treatment in the hospital. the government is responsible of them. Except, those who want to check their rapid test by their won. they must pay and now the cost is affordable enough.
