If you freeze meat well, you can still eat it even a couple days after expire date.
Freezing extend the life of meat, allowing you to still eat it and still safe. I do it all the time, especially if I "don't feel like chicken today" You should still take care, maybe if your freezer wasn't closed for a night or so because you forgot it, you should consider throwing all meats away You can see or smell the meat if it's good to eat or you needed to throw it as it will only harm you in terms of your health concern.

Almost every super market have fresh meat section so you are living in a remote area where you can't easily access such stores?

Most of the time meats are dead when we eat them. I mean, who goes out to the field, finds a steer, and takes a bite out of him while he is looking at you. Gotta watch out for those horns. Isn't it true that most of the time we cook the chicken before we eat it? The point is that all those meats are dead meat. Even the rotten ones aren't alive in the way they originally were. So, when we eat meat, expired or not, we give it new life... our life. It's a life that is better for them than if they had gone on living in their own way... except in the case of cannibalization, that is.

If the product expires today, then I will not eat this product, much less feed my family with it. Another thing is with frozen foods. Their shelf life is measured not in days, but in months. So if it's a frozen food, then I'll look at it after thawing. And then I will decide whether to cook it or not.

Correct, if you can refrigerate then the life increases and if not able to do it, then just avoid eating it simple. You cannot take a risk of eating the expired food then be it anything and harm your health and others too whoever eats it. So instead look for alternatives which are fresh and healthy as well.

It is better not to eat other animals, if only because our body is not adapted to such food (we do not have a high acidity of the stomach, we have a long small intestine (not short as in predators), we do not have large canines (as in predators or omnivores), we do not have claws, we do not have the sight that is needed to hunt other animals, we do not have that aggression (we do not want to attack a cow or a bunny when we see them).
But we are not herbivores either (they also differ from us in all respects). We are fruit-eating in all respects (vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, herbs, nuts, grains, cereals, honey etc).

Idk.. Is it deep frozen in freezer or its just sitting in the ordinary refrigerator ? I thing if you put it out from the freezer and you unfroze it there will be no problem, but if it sat in the refrigerator, definitely will not feet my self or my family.

It would depend on how it was preserve and if it have a bad smell then no I wouldn't cook it for my family. But if it has been well preserved and it doesn't have a bad smell I would completely clean it by washing it and try to boil the meat first. But as much as I could I would avoid having those kind of meat for my family I wouldn't mind spending more money to secure their health rather than risking it by buying cheap meat at the market. It could cost more if they ever got sick because of it.

Eating spoiled food is probably not a good idea. I would recommend to always smell and taste the food before eating, if it smells or taste wierd, don't eat it. The expiration dates on the packages are usually a minimum date for the companies to protect themself if anything goes wrong. Which doesn't mean that the food will be bad 1 day after the expiration date. And if you cook it, best to leave it a few more minutes in the pan just to be sure.

Expired may not necessarily mean "spoiled". Those that just expired could still be worth eating in certain situations. It probably wouldn't matter to someone starving to death with no good food to eat if the risk of starvation outweighs the risk of the food poisoning.

The expiry date on products does not necessarily mean that on and after that particular day, the product is completely bad. Experts will tell you that the expiry date on products shows a time frame within which the product is unfit completely for use. So if something expires today, and you can't get another alternative immediately, the one in hand can still be used for a short time say 2 days.

Meats are expensive where I live so I do my best not to have to waste meats. Eating chicken a few days after expiring is something I would do but maybe for red meat 1 day at the very latest.
