I said I've not eaten for 4 days and he gave 5€ ( bought 500g of chicken and 250g yoghurt) which I'm very grateful for because it saved the night and today.

My body couldn't retain heat while sleeping outside on day 3 and day 4 would of been a lot worse.

Food helps you retain body heat and much more than that.

Euro's are used in some African Nations as well as most European countries.  € 200 would buy you 20kg of Chicken and 10kg of yoghurt.  You'd still have € 200 for water, smokes and what else?  I'm curious if you're on the streets, then where's the money to repay coming from?  And, what else do you plan to spend the other € 200 on?

I'm drinking public tap water so that's no issue, I'm not entirely broke either just in a bad situation.

I've got four possible sources of repayment.

One which would be to take a bank loan, but here's the thing I partly blame the banks and the government for the bad situation I'm in to begin with.

Second I have asked Coinbase to help me retrieve Coinbase cash that I've accidentally and unawarely was told that I sent to my Bitcoin address instead.

Third I have asked Blockchain.info to give me the wallet identifier of my lost Microsoft account, but it's been over 21 days...

Fourth I've got a Renault Koleos 2008 that can be sold but it's really the last resort

All of these options are enough to repay the loan.

What I would do with the extra 200€ is buy time

If you really broke, you will not be here using your gadget with Internet connection. As above user already mention, this is not a charity so no one will give you money. I'm assuming that you are leaving in EU because the currency that you used was €. I assuming that the government there is supporting you as resident in this time of pandemic because here in Philippines (3rd world country), Government gives us food and financial assistance monthly. The amount is not big but sufficient for our daily needs.

There are a lot ways to earn. It is up to you on how you utilized your precious time. It's either you want to used it to earn money or the lazy way which is begging some money to a stranger. And also asking help to your family is not a bad idea after all if you are really desperate rather than to beg.
