After exploring the faq page I have some question to be asked here,

Do I need to upload any documents?
In accordance with the laws and regulations of payment systems regarding the withdrawal of funds, you will need to provide proof of identity (ID card or passport photo). In case of a deposit using a credit or debit card, it is also necessary to provide a  photo of the card with the first 6 and the last 4 digits visible and the middle 6 digits covered.

Is it only applicable for fiat deposit or also on crypto?

One think which i noticed that you have mentioned your phone number  (+357-22-008790) in the support section which is unique because normally gambling sites does not give you this opportunity to call them directly. Tried accessing the site and observed that all the text was in Russian or something which is a barrier to new gamblers accessing your site for the first time. I did find the language switcher and changed it to English eventually, but the default language needs to be English.

The design is decent and the performance is fine both on mobile and desktop in my opinion.

We have strict requirements for Fiat deposits, but as stated in OP, our crypto customers are being asked for their ID in really rare cases of suspicious activity.

How would they verify the citizens of these countries unless they have a proper KYC system in place. As i see above, the KYC is not necessary so either this rule should be removed or the KYC should be implemented
