Jetwin casino is stealing over 30,000 dollars in winnings from me

I have no problem doing kyc but that's not what the people from the email are asking me that's just what the guy from the telegram is asking me I don't really know much about any of this but I will post the email pictures and the other that I have from jetwin and my name is kristyn keese. It's taking me forever to post it on Twitter because it will only let me do 4 pictures at a time. So it might be easier to find me on Facebook and get my post off of there I'll add everything I have all the evidence I have in one Facebook post my email for my facebook kristynkeese1985@yahoo.com give me a minute to pull all the pictures together and post them there

Just read a whole thread and action from @OP, here what's my thought about the @OP action:

• Did they give you an explanation of the reason why they locked or cancel the withdrawal activity of your account?
• Can you doing KYC first on the website provide all your document about ID/PASSPORT, then other supported document for your KYC to see the next things after the KYC
• Always contacted them via email first, do not chat via other resources.
• You can't tipe they money to cash out your money, the business not work like that's (Did you thing, the real live casino will let you withdrawal if you win and tips them but you are using stealing money from one of the victim casinos?)
• Never trust anybody who offering you can solve this problem by transferring some money, could be a scam attempt.
• Try not to push and yelling to them first, cause its not solved anything.

No they never locked my account I can still go in and play on it but when I won 4000 back in may I ask them about all this and they said they never do kyc things so I do have documentation to show that I am who I am I don't have a passport I have my ID I have my birth certificate I have my lease agreement but I do not have a passport and they haven't formally asked me for a kyc stuff they sent me to the telegram guy who proceeded to cuss me out he asked for kyc but the actual jetwin Casino did not

Reading their T&C, I don't really like this part:

5.1. Winnings will be credited or loses reflected to the Customer’s account following confirmation of the final result. The Company reserves its right to choose the source of the final result as it may deem reasonable and appropriate.

5.2. Should funds be credited to or debited from a Customer’s account in error, it is the Customer’s responsibility to notify the Company of the error without delay. Any sums credited to the Customer due to the error will be deemed invalid and must be returned to the Company. Funds credited to an account in error may not be disposed of by Customer and the Company reserves the right to void any transaction (including bets) involving such funds. The Customer agrees to indemnify the Company for the return of any erroneously credited funds that the Customer has withdrawn.

When someone winning a big money and withdrawal with a huge fund, they can be canceled and used this reason to make a delay of your withdrawal transaction. Also, based on their statement T&C they will check the result again? WTF, In this statement so they did not believe the system they make for the game result.

A casino holding or make a delay transaction when someone winning a big money not really new, the problem its which casino you re used. If you using a reputable or good casino this kind of problem can be solved with the help of forum. But for this problem, everyone not really aware about the casino and they not making any statement at all outside their website like this forum.

This will be hard to solved, also could be you can't really withdrawal the money from them.

I canceled the withdrawal and re withdrew 25000 even and then I got an email from jetwin support telling me to contact Michael jet on telegram again the guy that cussed me out and told me I would never get my money I will copy and paste to email

What can I do jetwin support keeps sending me to the same telegram guy. Do I break it back down into smaller  withdrawals how do I get my money? Is there a way to take there site down so that this doesnt happen again. I am so upset I have spent thousands of dollars worth them. If this was in there T&C before you then your only option to wait for them to verify the result of your game. Usually casino hold funds if there is some error in there system that result on a big winnings. 30,000 is not that big amount, I play more than that in a casino and I can freely cash in and out without a problem. Simply if OP didn't cheat or encounter any glitch on the game then he will surely get his winnings.

Many cheaters are using forum scam accusation board just to gain support here and pressure casino to pay them or else there reputation will be tainted. I really wish the Jetwin representative will step up here and explain everything.

I Assure you sir I am not cheating I barely even know how to open a Twitter account or used Instagram I don't know much about computers and I'm not faking it I mean I'm kind of offended by the implication I won the money fair and square I can show you screenshots of the big wins the all the Wilds on Arabian Tales I mean I can show you a lot of the winning it was the most exciting day of my life I broke it back down into 5 $5,000 payments so that it would be easier for them I'm just going to leave it at that and hope for the best but I'm not trying to gain support I'm trying to figure out what I can do and what casinos I can play at that won't do this to me I'm in America and I love to gamble but it's really difficult does anyone out there know of a casino that won't fuck me over. I'm not accusing you for cheating. What I'm is if there's nothing wrong then wait for them to verify your game result. And also are you sure that it is the Jetwin support you are talking about in telegram? It seems that they have no official telegram listed on there website and the only way to contact was through this email: support@jetwin.com?

Can you provide that actual screenshot? You just copy & paste the message. We need the screenshot to verify that it was really for Jetwin official account. You can upload picture on imgur.com/upload then copy&paste the link here so that will be viewable. The way they handle customer query is a bit not professional. They should only contact you through official account that declared on there website and not through redirecting to random telegram account.

I posted more than just the 1 screen shot there is alot in this imgur I wish I would have thought about imgur before u paid .0027 for a copper membership lol. I am a little embarrased at the way I spoke to them when I demanded loyalty points for the deposit issues I was having but they made those issues right and credited my account with the loyalty points . I dont want to discredit this casino I love jetwin I'm more upset that I have to find other casinos to play at. I just want what is rightfully mine and I will continue to play there if they make this right

Whoever you're talking with in Telegram is definitely a scammer. Glad you didn't pay them anything. I don't really understand how you got their Telegram name, but there's no way they actually work for the casino.

Just keep at it with contacting their main email support and try not to blow up at them. Although I can understand that it must be aggravating and I would be pissed off too.

If you don't get them we will show you how to open a flag on the account that started their main thread. While there's only a slight chance it will increase your chances of getting your funds back, it will serve to warn others about what happened and make people that find them through this forum think twice before depositing there.

I dunno. Its weird that someone from the casino would redirect her to Telegram. Potentially she received a spoofed email that only looks like it actually came from Jetwin. The way the person is talking on Telegram makes it seem like some lowlife scammer and not an official representative of any company; certainly not one that has been in business since 2013.

A big giveaway that its a scam Telegram account is the way that they spell the casino name. Casinos never misspell their own names:



Notice their name is Jet Win and not "Jetwin," which is the actual spelling of the casino name. Likely somebody just saw this thread with her email address in it and sent her an email trying to trick her into sending them BTC on Telegram.

Well, its Saturday. I would give them until Monday evening to get back to you. Try not to be too coarse with them -- that's not going to help your situation. Just keep in contact with them and hold out hope that your situation might still get resolved.

As far as other casinos go, I have to be honest with you: you really struck a once-in-a-lifetime win here and the chances that you will see these winnings on slots ever again are pretty small. There are other decent casinos out there but if I were you I would hold off on sending any more money to them until you know for sure the outcome of this scenario. You opened this thread 3 days ago -- the issue could take up to a week to actually resolve.

Let us know what else you hear back from the official Jetwin people via email.

Scammers will not compromised if they scam you they are going to scam you totally, I'm sorry to tell you that you have lost your money and there's no way of getting back your money but this thread is going to be a big warning to do your own research when choosing a platform to play.

I think jetwin casino has gone totally rogue because the same email that sent me to the telegram guy also comped me 1500 loyalty points when they messed up on a couple of my deposits. I know I won't win 25000 dollars at every casino I just want to know which casinos will not steal my winnings that Americans can play at
