Whoever you're talking with in Telegram is definitely a scammer. Glad you didn't pay them anything. I don't really understand how you got their Telegram name, but there's no way they actually work for the casino.

Just keep at it with contacting their main email support and try not to blow up at them. Although I can understand that it must be aggravating and I would be pissed off too.

If you don't get them we will show you how to open a flag on the account that started their main thread. While there's only a slight chance it will increase your chances of getting your funds back, it will serve to warn others about what happened and make people that find them through this forum think twice before depositing there.

I believe this is the telegram account that there support mention in the email and the OP is chatting the correct TG account. How come that Jetwin don't have live support. LOL


The email shows that it was sent by the official support email declared on the website. The way the TG account extort OP is a criminal offense tho.  Jetwin is acting very shady. There bitcointalk account was offline since June 24. I believe somethings wrong with them.

So I contacted their guy on telegram , and unfortunately didn't get a chance to screen shot the coversation , because the guy deleted everything fast , he indeed is part of the jetwin team , and pretty much it went like this :    Hi are you seriously gona ignore  this situation ( sent link to this  thread) ,   he tells me everyone can make a public accusation  , that it's fake , I said fine but the guy literally has the chat conversation with you were you ask him to send to you 2000 $ to process his withdrawals  ,   then he proceeds to calling me a stupid child , that he makes more money , pays more taxes than I ever did ,  he suggests me I find a job , and pretty much that I should fuck off.


So yeah , pretty sure that Jetwin , and their manager are scamming you .

Yeah I remembered from my wickr account that you can make a whole conversation disappear if you want so I made sure that I screenshotted everything as it was being said I think I missed a bunch of them at the end because it was just talking shit but yeah I'm trying to reason with them and offer them half the winnings if they just cash it out but I've gotten no response

From what I see they have an U.S based address  and a phone number , first you should try calling that U.S number , and second you should really consider reporting them to the authorities , there is 0 reason for you to give them half the winnings , and they most likely won't do it as they can simply keep  the 30 k $ .  So your best option in this case would be to contact the authorities and report them , aswell as that telegram manager for extortion.

When you call the u.s. number it goes to some Google Voice thing talking about privacy Guardian it is not jetwin I'd even left a message it's not real somebody contacted or did some research for me and found out that they are in karako or something and are not subject to any American laws

Glad that you opened a thread about Jetwin here, the telegram could be a trap, if you decide to talk via telegram be sure you will not give in if they want you to deposit again, scammers are heartless they will try to scam you many times until you figure out hat they are indeed scammers, if you cannot get your money out it's the end of their business anyway, the money is quite big to be ignored.

Everything is correct. Conduct correspondence only where you can really be sure that you are conducting it with Jetwin's representatives.
If they decide not to pay you money, their reputation will be tarnished. In this case, it will be important that as many people as possible find out about this, I am sure they realize this and will not do stupid things.

This person definitely doesn't work for Jetwin.

If they did, why would they ask for login information -- of course they would already have it.

Yes I am sure I'm talking to the right jetwin support email because its the same email that sent me the 1500 loyalty points when they messed up on one of my deposits so I know it's the same email as the actual jetwi n casino I have received no response the deadline has come and gone and my account is still open with $25000 still on hold these people stole from me and I'm just broken-hearted about it I want them off the Internet I want my winnings I don't know what to do
