As we all knows we need activity and merits for level up, I was inactive from very long time , i never notice about merit things before maybe anyone can tell me what is easy way to get it.

So the main purpose of this is

- Forcing people to post high-quality stuff in order to rank up. If you just post garbage, you will never get even 1 merit point, and you will therefore never be able to put links in your signature, etc.
 - Highlighting good posts with the "Merited by" line.

Oh yeah you are right sir , its really hard to get it judging by my history because i was justing using it in past for bitsler games 🙂 but now i wanaa grow it with some valuable things

Keep in mind that even if you post nice things, truth, real-talk, technical things, reporting scam, you will rarely get a merit point.

If your goal is to level up just to make your brain feeling better then start changing your mindset because it's useless for you and a waste of time, start/keep working on valuable thing instead.

Don't waste your time if you don't have a real interest of posting messages/being upgraded, like presenting a future project or a social interest. Personally i have both, i think that some people need help so
it's also a social interest, to keep this world better everyday.

You have no restrictions on writing on the forum as before.

As member you have the same rights as any other member in the forum,  doesn't matter if legendary, Hero or newbies.

I got 250 automatically at the beginning of this feature because i had 250 messages/activity and the admin gave us the same as merit. Now i need to gain it. So i only got 16 given by other members.

Getting merits is not impossible, in fact, I have seen a lot of members int he forum which started before the merit system was introduce, got ranked up and even reach the legendary rank, you can search on their posts actually, so you can also get some tips.

What you are asking is how to get merits easily, I guess that's not possible as merits are meant for posts that are considered good and helpful, hence in order for your post to be helpful, you should put an effort on it, putting an effort is not easy.

I've had to reset passwords for websites when I revisit them after a while. The email wasn't changed, to me this looks like someone who used his email address to reset his password.

Trust and respect on the forum doesn't depend solely on the forum rank but also on your experience, knowledge,  quality of posts etc.
So,  if you wants higher forum rank write good and constructive posts,  contribute to the forum and you will achieve your goal.

The easiest way to get merit is to determine what kind of topic that you have an edge. If you are good on technical discussion then create useful topic about it. But if you are still developing your skills then you might try to contribute something useful to your Local board. That's the best place to earn your merit because you are already familiar on what still needs there.
