Can you link the thread you are trying to relply to here, I'm not aware of any general restriction to posting in that board.
Is it possible the thread you are attempting to reply to is locked?

As far as I know, there is no general restriction for newbies to post in Marketplace. You most probably would have tried to post in a locked thread.

What are your troubles?

As a brandnew, then newbie user, you have limit that only one post for 6 minutes. I guess it is your trouble and because of that you can make your post after the first one?

This thread is the first post made by the user, so cool down time is likely not the reason as they would have not made any post prior to their failed attempt to post in the marketplace section. It's likely a glitch from the user's end.

Welcome to Bitcointalk. Which product is it about? So where exactly in Marketplace do you have the problems?
I think the thread will be moved soon to make beginners and help.

I remember when I was still a newbie and had the same issues, but when I cannot post there was a notification on why I cannot and another reason is locked thread or deleted thread but OP's fault is he did not post the link so we can test and not speculate about why is this happening to him.

On the recent post of OP, there is no thread replied or quoted in the market place I think the thread is already deleted or the thread is self-moderate else OP is trying to reply into a locked thread.

I hope these indicators/icons will help you as a guide some of the newbies are not aware of this because it's on the lower part of the page.



Also, you can use the Search Button of our forum, just type in the textbox the keywords you remember on the thread you are looking for.

The thread might be locked. If the topic is locked, you can't do any actions there except giving merit(s) on posts on that thread. You will notice a lock icon besides the topic if it is locked.

If you wanted to make a feedback there, I guess it is okay to make a thread regarding on feedback for your successful transaction.

I think you are trying to reply into a thread which is locked do that's the reason or

thread is self-moderate

So the OP can delete your replies and quotes to avoid getting spam also you can send a personal message if this is too urgent.

I think the thread must need to lock because it answers the reason why the OP cannot make a reply.
