I have not heard of that platform before but the chance of getting back your coin is very slim this is because of the technology and other services that make it less difficult for scammers to sell stolen funds. However, depending on the country you are located. You can report your scam details plus other information to Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) www.consumer.ftc.gov/. This will be documented and investigation will be conducted with the aim of getting back stolen funds Reporting to the proper authority as per your country is the solution, I think which for any scam that has happening could be done. Also, we all must be vigilant for any such types of exchanges, sites etc which we have not heard and does not even have any good ratings or people know about it, such things should be ignored.

i think there's no way to get your money back, scam website is usually doesn't care about their customer. adn the web maybe gonna become into ash after this. and my advice is never trust kind of hyip program anymore. Unfortunately, the chance of recovering OP's money is really slim. By reporting this to authorities, it will help to lessen new victims being trapped to this investment, Ponzi scam. It's a huge money if the story of OP is for real but he will learn things in such a hard way. Having this experience will definitely alarm more people to always do research before investing your money. There are lots of money-making scheme that investors need to review before starting to invest their money.
and yeah its all about ponzi, people who own this website is basically make another scam site for living

Hmmm I don't that the authorities can resolved the problems like scam specially here in virtual world because each and everyone of us are anonymous here in crypto world, even if you try to track down the scammer you can't have the chance to find his or her exact place so in order for you not to get involve in any scams you should be careful and must follow the safety precautions.

Base on my experience most of the people who make a deep dive into the world of investment and getting trouble to the people they met are didn't get their money or funds. But at the end of the day, they can do just a report about this kind of incident. I am sorry for your loss but it is unrecoverable.
At first you should've been able to check or verify those sites as scams are so familiar and common in this community. What you can just do now is to educate and tell this to other people like what you did so the possible victims of these kinds of sites would stop. Hope you didn't stop investing instead learn from this.
This is one of the best way too to help to our community if you already experienced this kind of problem or scam better to report or make a review and report immediately because they already scammed you and we want to avoid getting more victims on this kind of platforms.

Do you know of any resources to help victims of crypto scams recover their losses?
I was a victim of one made by coinkast.io where they had me pay more money to release my funds and then they kept adding additional fees... so basically I lost $100k+ and I need to recover it someone especially since much of that were loans I took out.
Any help or links to agencies that can help would be appreciated...
Thank you in advance
Sorry about the lost coins my friend, but is har to recover the coins when you get scammed, as i say in other posts, Bitcoin is not paypal, you can't chargeback the transactions, once the coins are confirmed is gone. But you are not alone... I think 90% of users on this forum have been scammed, we always hit the bait at some point, so, take it as a non-cheap lesson.

You can try to leave a statement of falling a victim of cybercrime to the authorities, but there's a very low chance of the successful outcome, unfortunately... I was scammed once, and it didn't work out. Here's a link to what seems to me like a useful infographic on the topic. I think that trying to do it the official way is the best chance you've got because keep in mind that there're scammers who claim they can help you get your money back, and in the end you lose even more. Give the local enforcement and other respectable organizations a shot, but don't expect to get your money back, unfortunately. I am really sorry for your loss, $100k is an unimaginable amount of money for me.

Just accept your lost and move on, one of the reason for the successful scam rate is getting high is as a result of the argues by already scammed victim to search for ways to recover their stollen a funds which cost them more in the process as they also end of getting scammed more. Bitcoin is not reversible currency, ones your coins are gone they're lost forever unless the party in the other ends is willing to return the funds.
Now many might think this is the weak aspect of the technology which is costing it its adoption as people are afraid of losing their funds to scams and there's nothing that can be done about it but that's not the case as the decentralization mode of operation by the currency is what's unique about it and it's strength over other currency in addition to it's limited supply.

You need to go to the police on your country, most likely it has a special forces task against online fraud, in most cases the amount of money that people lose does not really merit an investigation and most likely the police will tell you to just forget about your losses, but since you have lost so much money your case is a big one so there is a high possibility that they will take it, but I have to be honest with you the chances that you are going to recover that money are very low, in fact they are so low that we could say that recovering that money is impossible, unfortunately for you this is going to be a very expensive lesson so make sure that you never make this mistake again.

Do you know of any resources to help victims of crypto scams recover their losses? I believe you know this: 1 - 70% of exchanges are anonymous 2 - 70% of exchanges have no headquarters and license How do you expect to recover funds from a place where the owners are anonymous and not headquarters? it is very difficult. unfortunately this is the dark side of cryptocurrencies I was a victim of one made by coinkast.io where they had me pay more money to release my funds and then they kept adding additional fees... so basically I lost $100k+ and I need to recover it someone especially since much of that were loans I took out. Unfortunately I think there is no chances for scam victims to be taken care off most specially if such scam is crypto related because mostly such cases, victims are just left behind with no choice and chance of getting their money back. But if your government have already recognized the usage of crypto and have a law or bill about cryptocurrency related scams, I think there is a small possibility that you can somehow track or get your money back. But there is no such assurance on that since people behind such scams are mostly strange or anonymous people that are just using other people's identity and faces to scam people so it would really be hard to get your money back.
First things first, upon engaging into any crypto investment, you must already know the risks associated on it because crypto transactions are made anonymously so if you got victimized by a scammer, then expect you will have no chance of getting your money back already and that would be the end of the story line. That is why do not be so impulsive on doing investments on exchanges you are not familiar with to avoid scams. Better this serve as a lesson not just for you but for everyone that once transaction have been done, there is already no turning back.

No, there's no way to recover money someone stole from you. The best anti scam mechanism is to not play with money emotionally, but financially soundly. Be cold headed about your inversions, DO NOT INVEST BECAUSE FRIENDS TELL YOU TO, DYOR and make sure you know what you're getting into before you listen to advice from someone else

To be frank with you, it is really not that easy to retrieve all of the money that you've lost from scams. So think like this, if you get scammed, never expect to have it back because you should be responsible with your own mistakes. I'm not making you hopeless but that's the reality, especially if it is all about bitcoin scams. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible, the only thing that you can find them is through their BTC address. But first of all, you should not believe on those scams easily, never trust anyone who you talk to in some platforms if you don't have any credibility that they are legit. Prevention is much better like what they've said towards scams, being aware and mindful will literally help you not become a victim.

There’s so many scam victims and one thing you can do is to make an accusation report. Apart from that I don't know what other group you can make a report or ask for help. I’ve been scam before in a certain project what I did is move on and this was just a lesson learn that never invest on what you cannot afford to lose.

I highly doubt anyone might be able to help you with recovering your funds. You got scammed. There is no easy way for you to get back your scammed money. The scammers, they always think ahead. They hide their traces and identity really good. If someone claims that they can recover your fund and tells you to send a "fee" first, don't! Those people will also try to scam you. You could try taking help from the cops, but I doubt they will be able to help.

once you send a crypto you cant take them back especially from a person that intend to steal you money . never seen a person that have been scammed that recovered their money except if its hacks happend from a legit platforms because theres still a chance that the owner will cover the lost . what is that site an exchange or something ? but its name is not familiar here , non familiar site should be avoided at the first place . now they ask more which means they are guilty .

Sorry to hear that but you might as well move on already. You can try asking for help through agencies such as local police etc. Hassle and will take a lot of your time casue you'll be going through different offices. Try accepting that it won't change. You are now included to the long list of scammed people. I just wished you already learn from this. But yup, that's a big money you just lost there.
Might as well focus on doing something to earn it back.

So basically, you are sending more money to the scammers who scammed your money but they are still demanding more and you're still sending more money to them without having a second thought on why you are sending more even though they are obviously trying to just keep it.
The best approach that you could do is to report it to the authority. Nothing else you could do there.
authority? can you please tell me what authority is in charge of crypto crime. because this really helps a lot of people who experience the same thing in crypto, so I think you can explain everything here. please your review is very helpful
