$10000 is way far, and with the upcoming updates we can expect good growth with ethereum. We don't know how long the price growth will continue, but we can expect a price above $1000 following the growth pattern of bitcoin. If the same pattern of bullish trend with minor price fluctuations continue, surely ethereum has the chance of reaching a new ATH value this year but not $10000.

Op expect too much for the rise of ethereum in the market, if eth will rise that far the very first thing is bitcoin should pump higher than that. I agree that 1000$ is a lot seeing the current scenario of the market and the total market cap and trading volume. All time high of Ethereum was 1500$ when the market was at its peak in January 2018. The market corrected itself drastically after that. Since then, the market has been growing gradually with ups and downs and I think the same is going to continue.

With such steady movements of the market, Ethereum won’t reach thousand dollars mark anytime soon at least not this year according to me. But the market being highly volatile, nothing can be predicted for sure.

   I agree with you, and with most others, it's impossible for Ethereum to rise so much this year. As you said maybe in a couple of
years, maybe longer, but I am a believer in Ethereum and I believe it will happen one day. Until that happen we can continue
to accumulate at this low prices, because compared with $10k this price now is low!

Absolutely true, this is not gonna happen until the end of the year. As long as I know ETH's all-time high was $1391 and how could op think it will going to reach $10k to $12k by the end of the year. This could come about several years later but not by the end of the year.

Too far to get that target even bitcoin right now is hard to maintain that price for long time unless there are many newly investors will come and accumulate btc and hold for good as plan for long term investment .

1000$ for ETH this year is also hard to get what else for that amount that is almost impossible  to happen even the end of this year.
