its not about the supply that makes tokens dip to hit the ATH prices. its just hard to see the price today to start rocketing up when there is still pandemic going on. everyone who hold a token will eventually sell when the funds they have on hand will bit by bit slowing drain because people are selling.

but if pandemic starts to slow because there is a vaccine ready for it, the price of investments will definitely goes up and ETH could be one of the first to go up making investors buy at higher rate.

In recent days' eth continues to experience price increases and it looks like eth is currently on a fairly positive path although price resistance may still occur in the future, like you say I also have the same optimism if later eth will continue to experience price increases and My prediction eth will end at the price level of $1000- $1500 at the end of this year, my reason is actually quite simple, the effect of the current defi system will continue to pump up eth prices slowly.

I am also surprised why OP can predict the price of Ethereum that high, even to return to an all time high price is not possible.
Especially if we look at the current Ethereum price which is still stable at $ 340, I predict Ethereum will only be able to hit a price

So almost double if it reaches around 600$ mark as well. 12k for ETH is nowhere btc should atleast close above 12k that is the minimum I guess we should see it. ETH has fallen almost 100$ when btc was near 12k levels and as btc came till 10k ETH also dropped in the same time.

The OP is aiming like the price of bitcoin at the end of this year. Though we are looking forward for eth 2.0, but that price is not really possible this year. Maybe he is aiming for that price because as others have said, he invested big money on eth. But if that price will not be reached, I believe we will have better eth price at the end of this year, higher than what we have right now.

It is not easy task for ETH to even touch $500 because there is no big rush towards ICOs like 2017 and now more smart investors are in the market. I think it will be a dream to see ETH at such high price. Maybe in next bull run it will be get succeed to touch 4 figures again but not possible to see 5 figures on the board.

As I've said, $10k is unlikely and shouldn't be taken seriously. But if the case is if Bitcoin hits $500k, I think ETH by that time is around the speculated price.

In the world of cryptocurrency anything is possible and of course we don't guess exactly what will happen in the future, maybe many people think that alt coins can't beat the price of bitcoin in the market but in fact some time ago we can see if YFI is able to reach the price above the price of bitcoin, so it is possible that eth could reach a price of $ 10k but of course, there should be a strong push for eth to reach 10k and hopefully that will happen later.
