The players' level of focus and dedication is clearly evident in their league results.

I believe goalkeeper Chevalier was at fault for E. Mbappé's goal. The ball didn't go wide, but it went through a defender's legs, and he saw the ball late but couldn't stop it.
It was a dull match, and it ended 1-1.

No, it is not the goalkeeper Chevalier's fault for E Mbape's goal, although the ball did not go wide, the goalkeeper was blocked by the player in front of him, the player wanted to block the shot but failed, and the goalkeeper had already relaxed, thinking his player could save the ball, and again, those types of balls are difficult to save because they are ground balls. Any goalkeeper may concede a goal, and it is the PSG coach who I blame for resting some of his players when he knows the game is crucial to the squad.

PSG in the league this season has been playing somehow, it is not poor, but they don't play like last season when they were defeating some teams with four to five goals, I know that the team has serious injuries, but they should be able to win matches and play like they did against Barcelona, PSG is currently ahead of other teams with just one point and if they don't serious after the international break, it will affect them because a team like Marseille, Lille, and Lyon are ready to challenge them.

This was the exact reason why Paris Saint Germain lost their previous match against Marseille, because one of their best players was not on the pitch to, and this is becoming something else, is it really nice to build a team round some particular players? So they are meaning to tell us that if by mistake that player got injured they will keep losing and drawing till he gets back to the pitch, I think Luis Enrique should do something about it, if they are to defend the UEFA Champions League title, because this pattern can never help.

Damn broo! Reading that post got me smiling,  because how can he be so accurate?! I have a thing for full-time draw games but how did I not think about that outcome? Well, i must have underestimated them ahead of this fixture because in the last five fixtures at home, they have just lost a game to Lyon. PSG still leads but they better buckle up,  De Zebri seems ambitious this season. Kylian Mbappe and Leny Yoro were present during that game tooo. Leny Yoro to support Lillie and Mbappe both his brother and ex team. Who else loved that Nuno Mendes free kick?!

As hard as it seems to be to predict draws, I usually trust draws; they're easier for me to guess, but Lille was too underestimated.
Five home games and only one loss? PSG needs to be very careful. De Zerbi seems like a madman (in a good way), he's too fired up!

I'm just doing my catching up with French league results for the weekend and can't say I'm not surprised by PSG splitting points with Lille.
Lille is a solid team, but not at the same level as PSG.
PSG had a few really good scoring chances, but they couldn't get it from play and only scored one from a free kick. Then they got relaxed and allowed young Mbappe to equalise for Lille, while his older brother celebrated from stands.

Marseille didn't waste the opportunity and they closed the distance to PSG to only one point and so did Strasbourg. But their opponents were not much of a challange.
Who knows, maybe we're going to see some excitement in this season after all and maybe the championship is not yet decided.

Lille certainly has a very solid team, but PSG seems to have a PlayStation-like team compared to them.
With so many chances to finish a goal, they only do it from free kicks? Absurd.
On the bright side, the league is quite lively in Liga 1. If Marseille and Strasbourg are involved, we'll see a lot of action. It's too boring with PSG winning hands down.

Defeating Barcelona in the last champions league fixtures should not be considered a height just yet because there is still more ahead for the team in the champions league competitions and even the Ligue 1, it will be a tedious one for PSG this season and I will advise rather than trying ao hard to win a trio, they can place priority on certain league an get it done correct, that way they will be able to get the beat from the fixture and still have the team at the trophy of the table all round.

Oh, damn right. They showed the whole world why they're the Champions of Europe with that game against Barcelona. We're looking at the competitive sides Les Parisiens will face if they're competent to hold on these oppositions. PSG are UCL reigning Champions no doubt but I'm not really convinced about Paris Saint-Germain winning the UEFA Champions League trophy again this season. Even PSG manager, Luis Enrique knows this and he won't stop for a second to underestimate any opposition, he don't take any of them kindly and with fierce performance.

Barcelona are humbled already and its just business for Hansi Flick to fixed his team especially the highline and pressing patterns. Barcelona needs to do better if they're desperate for a major trophy this season or they will have to welcome inferiority.

Interestingly, I noticed the number of goals by Ansu Fati, who moved from Barcelona to PSG. His statistics are quite convincing. But it turns out he is not alone; he is together with J. Panichelli. It been super competitive so far in the French league and competition is what really makes every league interesting. I have been impressed by a lot of teams this season, like Strassborg they continued from where they stopped last season, most people where expecting them to drop foam because of the European competition they are now playing but they beat their expectations and are really doing good in all competitions so far.

We all know how Ansu Fati was at Barcelona before his injury and since then he has barely played consecutively, he had struggled to get minutes and even with Orther injuries as well. When he signed for Monaco he was hoping for a fresh leave and he his getting it even though most of the goals he had scored are penalties. His numbers are good and his confidence his getting high and that what really matters. Let hope to see more of the same after the international break.

Yes, the French club gave Barcelona a tough time in the new Champions League season but that doesn't mean they have recaptured the Champions League title. However there may be many positive arguments behind this comment because PSG did not have any agile and aggressive players in that match similarly, Barcelona's team lacked agile players, which meant that both teams could not participate with strong squads, yet PSG was able to celebrate the victory. So my idea if PSG want to fully reclaim the UCL trophy, they need to stop stumbling in the new season's domestic league because this team had already faced humiliating performances in two matches in the French Soccer League. The match between LOSC Lille football team and Paris Saint-Germain football team was ended with draw result as no person did more goals in this match and every team needed 2 goals to win this match. Mendes was a person who did first goal of the match and he did this goal at 66 minutes when it was requirement of the team . That match was organized in the stadium of Stade Pierre-Mauroy but that stadium was not lucky for all any team and we saw no result at the end of the match. The match wax exciting at every moment as many players did excellent in this match. That's the disturbing part for all other teams. Other teams are aware that no matter what one games result is, PSG will end up winning the league and that is not going to be easy to accept. Even though it has been for so long that they have been dominating the league, some bigger teams keep having the trust that they are going to end up with something much better. It's clear that we are going to see this changing for the long term.

I believe in this and I think it's going to be great for us eventually. Just needs to focus on how to do a better job. Of course it is not easy and we are not going to get the results we want. Just focus on how to get better results eventually, just focus on what you can do about it.

Beating Barcelona doesn't necessarily mean PSG's chances of retaining the Champions League are open, considering they can also be beaten, as Chelsea did in the Club World Cup. Every team will naturally focus on winning one trophy each season, but they will strive to win more if possible. Nothing is impossible, as the most difficult competition is only the Champions League, while the domestic league will be slightly easier for PSG because their challengers there are not as strong as the overall ability of their players.

I quite agree with you by saying that it is not about PSG winning Barcelona that will grant them the ability to win the Champions League again. If they have not forgotten the competition is still at the baby step, which is too early to point at the favorite, there are many matches ahead which some of the teams are not even up to Barcelona standard but PSG will find it difficult to Rally in that game. Honestly I see Champions League as very easy title to win because even the team that wasn't doing well in their home league always turn out to be performing very excellently in Champions League. So, how do we respond when PSG beat Barcelona with several key players missing? I find the defeat disappointing, but that's football. If a team can exploit their opponent's weaknesses, they can seize opportunities to win. Each player has an impact, but collectively, everyone plays a role in achieving the best possible outcome for the club. A single player can't determine the outcome, as collaboration is crucial. I'm not overly concerned if he doesn't sign a contract extension, as players come and go every season, depending on how the coach maximizes the strengths of the players he has.

Defending UCL should not even be a goal, while it is in theory a goal, but it should at least be not the expectation. Because nobody can do it, only real did it, but even they are incapable of doing that for many years, both before and after they did it.
