Marseille hosted Rennes at home. Marseille made no mistakes against their in-form opponent and managed to overtake them by defeating them 3-1. We can say that both teams fought until the very end to win the match, and it was truly an entertaining encounter. With this result, Marseille finished the league in 5th place, securing at least a spot in the Europa League. Rennes, meanwhile, will qualify for the Conference League. The fact that both teams took 27 shots throughout the match and the score remained at 3-1 is a clear indication of how many scoring opportunities were missed.

Fifth position does not really look that bad, after all it gets them to qualify for the Europa for next season but then i actually did expected even more form them, Marseille is one team i really do admire in the French league so much and my expectations of them is really high because i do place them that high as a top team in the league so i was hoping to see them finish around the top three or at worse the top four but now they are finishing fifth.

Next season we hope to see them do better and contend at the top for the title as they have got what it take to contend.

The intensity of the two team on the field was worth watching. And the way Marseille won the match 3-1, they really deserved this victory.
However taking a total of 27 shot in the whole match is not too unusual for Ligue 1. The real story is that Marseille are completely cold headed when finishing. It is not that Rennes is not creating opportunity but their forwards were completly distroied in final third.

I had predicted that Monaco would finish in the top 6, but the points they lost in the final weeks caused them to finish outside the top 6.

The way they turned around from that situation in the game was really eye catching.

However it was already clear that Monaco would be crushed like this at last moment. You know there was no consistency in their play throughout the season. Plus the players on bench were also lacking in strength. It is nothing new for them to lose their breath like this at the last minute, they have always been like this. Given their disorganized situation 7 is the only realistic position for them in my opinion

To be fair Lyon still could go to UCL, maybe I am wrong on this but as far as I know, there is a good chance that we could see them win this and feel like they are just going to play knock out stages but they will be able to still have a chance to go to UCL right?

So while this last game situation was bad for them, and if they won they could have been top three and go there for sure, it's still clear that Lyon will have a chance. No idea what happened with that ownership situation, but they should be fine now.

Strasbourg Alsace football team played very well against Monaco football team because that team did 5 goals in this match and opponent team did 4 goals in this match. Godo was a person who did back to back 2 goals in this match and he did first goal at 33 minutes of the match and that was important goal of the match and gave good strength to his team. Camara performance was also brilliant in this match because he did also 2 goals in this match and he did first goal at 9 minutes of the match and that was first goal of the match.  Camara did goal again at 41 minutes of the match and that was a person who played for the team and whole team performance was bad in this match and at the end they lose this match.

PSG still needs to be careful, if they get too cocky then it is not going to be easy for them to keep this going, it's not really easy to fix and we should not really be considering them doing a fine job. I understand that it may look like we are dealing with a simpler team for PSG to beat which is understandable, but not all teams are like that.

If PSG just considers this finals to be done and easy, and act way too confident then there is a huge chance that they will end up with a loss, because Arsenal will make them pay. So PSG needs to go out there, act as if they are going to face the toughest team in the world and then do as good as they possibly could, otherwise it will not be a good result for them at all, it will end very badly for them.

Both clubs know what's ahead of them, so they should have their plans for it in such a way that will not affect them. Although I do not see much rest for PSG; the club has been actively involved in games too, just like any clubs in the Europe, aside from the resting they demanded last month, which led to the postponement of their match against Lens. This is even a brought forward stress for them, and the match has been played already.

As for Arsenal, the Champion League is not sure for them, but for the EPL, they will highly likely lift it. I only hope they continue to be serious the way they've been playing a few weeks back, not minding just a goal. They should know that any mistake could be costly at this point, especially against Crystal Palace that likes to spoil joys.

Almost everyone believes Arsenal isn't good enough to play PSG and win them in the finals because we have seen the best of PSG in the semifinals first leg against Bayern. Arsenal attack isn't as strong as PSG and their defense wouldn't be able to stop PSG from netting the post.

The defense is something I disagree with. Yes it is clear that Arsenal does not have great attacking and that means that it will be very tough for Arsenal to score on PSG, but that doesn't mean that Arsenal also has bad defense. Just for a mere moment think of it like this, if arsenal has bad offense and bad defense then how the hell did they reached first place in premier league and finals at UCL? Of course they wouldn't, and mainly that is because they have an incredible defense compared to other teams.
