Lyon started well this season by winning their last 2 matches in the lique1, with this good starting performances and if they can maintain this form, I think they can challenge PSG for this season title but I doubt if they can defeat PSG to win it.  PSG is a very strong side that have been dominating the french Lique 1 for decades making the French ligue1 99% predictable who will emerge victorious as the winner of the trophy. It will be more thrilling and even more interesting if Lyon can rise up to become a  major contender for the trophy this season because it's been long since PSG had a major challenger or competitor. However I believe the game between Lyon vs Marseille considering the both teams performance,I think Lyon will outshine Marseille in that game.

Lyon defeated teams  like Lens and metz in the first two matches. I saw Lyon's performance in the away match against Lens. Their overall performance was quite organized. Despite being  Lens' home match , Lens lost the match. Lyon's overall gameplay seemed quite stable to me. On the other hand , metz was a very weak opponent. Lyon secured a 3-0 victory in this match. Lyon's players' performance was decent in both matches.

The match between Marseille vs Lyon will be competitive. Marseille's performance is a bit erratic. The team lost against Rennes in the first match. But , they showed a great comeback against Paris Fc. Even then , I would like to keep the home team slightly ahead in this match. My guess is that Lyon will win or the match will be a draw.

All matches up to matchday #2 have been played in Ligue 1 & only 4 teams have had a perfect run so far, the teams are Lyon, Toulouse, PSG & Strasbourg.

Of the four teams, I didn't expect Toulouse to achieve such a perfect result after beating Nice & Brest. Then, my attention also turned to PSG. They did achieve perfect result, but their results in the last two matches were poor, only managing to win by one goal (IMO). With the luxurious squad they have, we should see more impressive results, I'm sure you all will agree with me.

Today I was making my list of games to see which teams I'm going to put in my parlay, I analyzed the next games of the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Portuguese League, Serie A and when I got to Ligue 1 I looked at the next PSG game



I looked at the odds:

Paris Saint-Germain FC = @1.44

Draw = @5.20

FC Toulouse = @7.20

I looked at both teams' performances and wasn't confident betting on a PSG win. I watched PSG's games. Although they dominated the game, they put a lot of pressure on their opponents, they weren't effective in scoring goals, which made their attack weak. So I see this match as a big test for PSG. Maybe the match will end in a draw, but I still won't bet on this match. PSG's attack isn't good, I don't know why. But they have a good defense, so the match could end without many goals, even though Toulouse has scored a lot in their past matches.

Two days are remaining for the match between Toulouse football team and Paris Saint-Germain football team. Paris Saint-Germain football team is favorite for that match because they did excellent in the previous matches and they won most of the matches due to which they have high confidential in their blood. Paris Saint-Germain lost only 1 match out of 5 matches and 4 matches won by that team. The performance of Toulouse football team is not excellent because they won only 2 matches out of last 5 matches and they have very less chances to win this match.Toulouse should try to draw this match but if they did first goal at the start of match then they should try to work on defense system because high quality defense system is required to win the match.

I don't agree with your opinion if the match ends in a draw. One fact I noticed is that Marseille conceded 2 goals at home against a newly promoted team. This is a weakness Lyon can exploit. Marseille does have experienced players like Mason Greenwood and Emerick Aubameyang, but if Marseille's defense is weak, it gives their opponents a great opportunity to beat Marseille. It seems likely that the match will end 1-0 or 2-0 with Lyon win.

I agree with you that Toulouse has  small chance to win the match against PSG, but it seems like you don't have good knowledge of how to make a good analysis. Now it's a new season & there are only 2 matches played, usually the teams come into the new season with new spirit, so we can't take analysis from the last 5 matches, unless it's H2H. If we look at it from H2H, OFC PSG is on a different level, because from their last 10 meetings, PSG was able to get 8 wins & 1 draw, while Toulouse only managed 1 win.

You are right with your point once a couch starts disliking a good player not wanting to work with the player again and looking for a way to sell him out to other team know that all is not well there might have been a misunderstanding between the manager and the player.
So if Luis Enrique says he doesn't need the service of Donnarumma again as PSG goalkeeper something might have went wrong, even before David de Gea left Manchester United to Fiorentina there has been a misunderstanding between him and Erik ten hag same thing to Victor Osimhem too when he was at Napoli.

I haven't watched Marseille's matches this season, but from the scoreline between Marseille and Paris FC, it seems Marseille has a defensive problem, and that could be the reason why Paris FC was able to find the back of the net twice against Marseille last weekend. So, since Lyon is playing at home and they have won their two matches without conceding any goals from their opponents, and coupled with Marseille's defensive problem, Lyon is at a big advantage of defeating Marseille this weekend.
