Well, if you look at CMC and read the news about crypto, any new and young DeFi projects are very promising in the eyes of investors for now. Tho, I think you should invest a part of your fund in old but top altcoin because there is still a lot of room for a few of them (ETH, Chainlink, XRP,...).

On this week I took part in Near token sale, for me this project seems quite good, team from selicon valley, big funds on the board(Horowitz, Siquoia, etc), for token sale participation is too late but after 40 days it will be traded so You can buy if price won't be too big.

Laying my emphasis on the title, it will be hard to answer the question, not that the answer is not available but that many things affects the answer. Now I might say Defi projects, but the trusted ones are most likely those who have been in the market for a long time now because those just coming up might be questionable because scammers are always around. Now talking about other new projects, they will likely not be promising because Defi is the center of attention now and even most projects are gradually adjusting to accommodate Defi projects features. To suggest, go for Defi projects but be very careful.

If you are planning to invest in new coins or want to keep up with current popularity investments then the answer is Project Defi. Defi is currently a trending topic in this forum, but my advice be careful because it is much more risky compared to top altcoin investments.

There's a lot of hype around DeFi projects, and I am not sure is it a good time to enter the DeFi at the moment. After weeks of hype I expect some drop, and if it drops that will be good timing for investing and don't invest in any DeFi, research the DeFi market and try to pick the most promising ones.

Well, I am researching a lot of altcoins at this moment and I found several gems alts that are already giving huge ROI, but for the new coin, I am not sure! Because if you are able to get in the presale or public sale of the new coin, then you will make a huge gain, but if you buy from the exchange after listing then you can get rekt too! This week, Curve coin listed on exchanges, I checked the price, it was 45$, means huge money for the early buyers. But whoever buys at that price, they got rekt, because right now Curve is trading under 15$! But still, I am suggesting you some new coin as you will dyor! alot of promising coins in market now, start from existing coins or new coins both of them have same profit potency. if you joined in uniswap group there are discuss alot about project that recently launced in uniswap, i saw several coins rise more than 5x only in few days. but we must becarefull to this kind project, they could be scam if we dont analize well.

2017 was bad for crypto finance where many coins were barely valuable. However, the state of the crypto market seems to be improving in early 2020 until this month. Maybe you can try IDENA. a proof of person project.

You might want to look into those new coins that are currently on Binance Launchpad or OKEx, KuCoin or Huobi exchange. These exchanges so far are solid, no doubt about that despite that they're not perfect in terms of being "safe and secure".

On top of that, look at the DeFi coins. They're on a momentum, but not all of them are legit. You better do your own research on a specific DeFi coin before jumping in.

I have one coin that is good for investment, that is CTSI.

totally agree with you, to find a project that promises you can visit Binance Launchpad or OKEx.

I have invested in several ico's and have suffered losses, many of them are scams, I think Binance Launchpad can be relied upon to invest in projects in them. and DeFi is good choice for now.

Lots of new coins are currently on sale in the IEO and already supported by the exchange. so we have to really do an analysis before buying a coin, so that we can find out if the coin will actually be on the pump line in the future

I wouldnt recommend anything to you regarding new coin as they are very risky. Why dont you try other altcoin that have been known for a long time, such as eth, waves, ltc, and other ? I think the long circulating altcoin may last longer than new ones due to uncertain market interest. New altcoin are quite prone to pump and dump and this is not recommended. The slightest mistake you make, you will incur another big loss the second time around.

If we refer to the new coins that are still in ICO projects or crowdfunding activity then I say there is no worth it of it and if there is any. It is so hard to find new good coins now because most of the people wanted to create their own coin and the result as you can see that the forum has been flooded by thousands of project to which most of it fails. This is whynI have never believe any of them an even doing bounty hunting for them is a big No No to me and I would never recommend it to any body to do bounty hunting with new coins.

It is better to choose top coin. New coins have less attention by users and the market, even as we know that their value in the market is far below the rate of ico price. As a long term investment the new coin has less opportunity, but to trade some of the new coin is worth it.

If you looking new coins that have a potential or a promising coins Ill think it was to find like that.
The only promising are those only old coins like XRP, ETH, BTC or those in a top coins in CMC are worth as of now.
Actually some new coins are now has not totally be have a potential because of these are become a scam coins or a shitcoins for to long.

I have the same thought with you as the bitcoin price is still surging even more than before. I have tried to use idena and the mechanism seems a little big complicated for the users. He can try to take oikos as an alternative solution too as this is a good platform too.

I suggest that you check out Binance launchpad, in my experience Binance has a really nice projects to offer as they only introduce people to legit projects and ontopof that Binance has massive users who gave positive feedback's. I would also like to suggest you check for DeFi projects on the Ethereum network and on Tron Network. Goodluck on your investments and DYOR!
