The main reason why I am not going towards those freelancing platforms is that I amnot yet thinking to pay the applicant in stable coins, etc as there would be various selection processes and the applicant would be added in the team which on which only 2 members are onboard and welcoming of the other team member make it "3" in the team. I only want the team to be of 3. The shares from the project tokens would be with each team member so I am offering a long term partnership instead of just few years.
Although i don't have previous working experience but with my research, knowledge, and the years I have spent in the crypto community and creation of ANN thread for a crypto related company, I can successfully handle the marketing jobs if you're still looking.

I can't yet make the project publical. There are a number of developments yet to be needed before the project is set out for the public. But, I can share the pitchdeck/working/my bio/etc with the interested marketers who would like to apply for this position. I can even make minor payments each month in stable coins like USDT or even BTC but only if I feel the marketer possess some great qualities. I would be extremely strict in choosing a marketing expert. It would even be fine if I get none from here as than I'd try fiveer or anyother such platform.
You don't need to share all details, but you can give some basic details. For example, maybe I want to apply to this position but I don't want to work in the gambling industry.
With minor real payments, I am not sure that you can expect to hire an expert. Payments where is the biggest part unvalued token really is not attractive. Someone needs to do a job for you and there is a 50% possibility that he will never be paid, I mean real money he can use to pay the bills, fud...
if you don’t have the money, maybe you better look for someone for part-time work, so do as much as you have money.

The project is about a financial model based on the smart contract which makes saving, borrowing as well as lending much easier and on fingertips.
The benefits are outstanding as compared to other financial companies in the market.
The revenue of the platform would be as a 5% commission in each round. Approximately 10 in a group.
So, the applicant I am looking for would also have shares from the comission which would be assigned to each team member.
I'm thinking to launch the beta version in 60 to 70 days so the revenue would start thereafter.I hope I cover all the points. If any are left then please let me know.

What kind of experience you look for? Regardless my profile status, there's a good crypto marketing expertise behind.
If you have worked with any other project in the past? What kind of experience do you have. I'm not giving this position just based on the rank but based on the qualities you posses.
Just in case he didn't find the one that he needs here, he will have other choice of platform to look for the guy he's looking for.

I do not understand why he do not find the person. He has not contacted anyone yet I believe then how can we say some of us are not suitable and he has to go to sites like upwork fiver etc?

Actually, until now I did not find any suitable applicant so I have not yet contacted anyone. But seeing the replies on the thread, I am sure I would find someone.

Wait until he gets online and whomever he chooses to work as his marketing expert will be catered by him. It's all on him and we don't know if he's also outsourcing somewhere, he has the choice and the decision to do it.
No, I'm not outsorcing anyone. This is my individual idea I've been working upon.
Because I think he is so selective for the guy he want to do the job or maybe the salary he offered for the prospect candidates is so low that's why many users turndown the offer.
But any of these OP can clear things it since he really need a good guy for these task so that he can get a great result for his project.
Yes, I have to be quite selective as by no chance I want to play with the future of my Idea which soon would be converted into a working model.
I totally agree with you yet the OP has the responsibility to update the people/requirements etc to keep out spam do not you think.
