You can find evidence of why STRC share price has been increased by 25 bps in the link above, but this share price has been set because Michael Saylor will collect money and buy more Bitcoin. I have seen @Free Market Capitalist repeatedly mention that this share price is $100. However, I have been watching him for a long time and he is a person with a lot of experience with the MSTR company, and he keeps several times more informed than me.
And I follow him.

That image is a good summary of how STRC will operate, which I believe will be the most popular product after MSTR, at least for a while.

It's not me saying that the price will be $100, it's how it works. As explained in the image, Strategy will try to keep the price, which is somewhat dynamic, within a range fairly close to $100, and to do so, they will use the tools shown in the image.

Another thing to note is that STRC is currently above $99, at exactly $99.18. I thought STRC's ATM would start at $100, but I've seen that it was planned to start at $99, so this money glitch may already be in effect already.

MSTR's MNAV is also rising, currently above 1.5, so I expect that next week's bitcoin purchase announcement will be for a substantially larger amount than in previous weeks.

I get why everyone gets excited about Saylor and MicroStrategy’s moves, it’s one of the few public companies openly stacking BTC. But I think it’s important not to confuse STRC or MSTR share prices with Bitcoin itself. Stocks can be managed in a price band or manipulated with buybacks, while BTC just trades freely on the open market.

What Saylor does is a good signal that big money still wants exposure, but it’s not a cue for me to ape in blindly. Personally, I watch these announcements, but I still stick to my own plan: buy BTC with spare cash, keep my risk under control, and don’t treat every corporate purchase as a guaranteed pump. Markets react emotionally but I have to stay rational.

And that kind of is an interesting phenomenon. Now in bitcoin things are slightly different, but what impact role models can have, just got me shaking my head:

First of all, how is this sending a signal so strong that Tesla rises by 30% or so? When Elon Musk buys $1 billion worth of Tesla shares, that is literally peanuts for him and yet it seems that psychologically it sent Tesla fans' expectations through the roof.

Now a lot depends on what Saylor has to say, but MSTR's signalling through their purchases could be incredibly strong and carrying over to the entire market as you implied. The trick is to buy in the billions when trends become visible. If it goes down, they can lower their DCA per BTC, if it goes up they can seriously fuel the trend.

In regards to Elon Musk, I still found it kind of irrational by the market because him investing a billion isn't all that impressive, but markets are what they are...

I think Musk's move is fundamentally different from what Strategy does. The market pays a lot of attention to what a company's board does. Take a look at this thread, for example:

In that sense, an executive buying or selling their own stock can influence the market, and I think Musk is trying to counteract the hate that arose toward Tesla when he was actively collaborating with the US government.

But Tesla stock trades at a P/E ratio of 250. It is a stock based on expectations of future cash flow, while Strategy's strategy (forgive the redundancy) is to accumulate capital nonstop.

“Our journey began with $0.25 billion in Bitcoin — and an immediate $0.04 billion unrealized loss,” Saylor stated on Thursday, highlighting that the company has nearly doubled its bitcoin value during 2024.
Growth in bitcoin accumulation
Strategy’s new record comes after acquiring 11,085 BTC over the past seven weeks, including a recent purchase of 196 BTC.
The firm currently controls 640,031 BTC, representing 3.2% of the total circulating supply.
Its bitcoin position alone now exceeds the market capitalization of multiple international banks such as BNY Mellon, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays.

Comparison to national GDPs and other holders
With its $77.4 billion bitcoin reserve, Strategy’s stash rivals the annual economic output of entire nations, including Uruguay and Slovenia.
The next largest digital asset treasury, Marathon Digital Holdings, possesses 52,477 BTC, valued at roughly $6.3 billion.
El Salvador and global corporate bitcoin reserves
El Salvador remains the largest nation-state holder, with an estimated 6,338 BTC worth $762.5 million, slightly below its previous all-time high.

Nearly half of all treasury bitcoin held by Strategy
According to Bitbo’s database of all public and private bitcoin treasuries, companies and funds collectively hold around 1.32 million BTC, or 6.6% of the total supply.
Strategy alone controls 48% of this total, making it the dominant force among digital asset treasuries.

Bitcoin holdings in the past two consecutive weeks have been relatively low compared to the previous week, so STRC shares have sold off heavily this new week. I think that's already happening. How many people know that Metaplanet is a hotel company? I think that even among bitcoiners, unless they are active investors in bitcoin treasury companies, most don't know. And the more the treasury business grows, the smaller the original business becomes. I heard someone on the Metaplanet board say that today they generate more profit in one day than they used to in years with a hotel. If you want to build a new hotel, you have to draw up plans, apply for permits, build in phases, pay taxes, adapt to regulations, etc. All of this requires an initial investment that results in a negative balance, which you can turn into a positive one if all goes well after the hotel is built and operational after several years.

Tough challenge to hit on but there's good chance that they can especially if they became more successful with their Bitcoin investment. 

We could see that lots of companies are doing great base on what we can see here https://companiesmarketcap.com/ and Strategy is listed on number 207 position. Far from to be on the top but what's good thing about this is they are doing well to give good exposure to their companies as well as they continue to add up some volumes on their company portfolio.

Maybe in upcoming years we could see Strategy will raise and could able to enter on top 100 companies that has huge marketcap.

In my previous post, I said that I expected this week's purchases to be higher than previous weeks, due to improved market conditions.

But I forgot that last week was the end of Q3, and Strategy does not make purchases during quarter-end weeks for accounting reasons.

Now we know that Strategy will not make purchases for at least four weeks per year.
