According to my opinion both are as risky. In today world everything changing so fast the you can not say which is better server to community. In this day by day changing life I preferred to trading because you Will go with project for sometimes and then say good bye. Investing will always support big money investor because your one invest can change your life because you can not change life daily. So I preferred trading, might some people goes with investing. If you have a good market movement trading why not make a trading use the being volatile of the market, by that you could possibly earn a lot of money easily.

If you think you already lose a large amount in trading why not holding your coins to preventing losing up a large amount of money.

I agree with you, I think these two techniques should be owned by all traders. If these two techniques are maximized, you will definitely get a big profit. I do both ways, but if you look at the risks, trade and hold have different levels of risk and are both capable of generating large profits. About that technique, at least we have to be able to read for yourself, which technique is more appropriate and quickly gets a profit.

When doing trades it depends on how we can manage to earn a profit. Actually, every trader has it's own strategies some prefer doing daily trades and some doing for hold. I know many investor get much profit from holding some altcoin assets for long term, but I am disagree for holding and better trade daily day without have big risk, we know bitcoin always have bad situation without can't prediction and give bad impact for altcoin holding become lower price, so after our altcoin assets raise to higher price and we got much profit. At the end of the day hodl or trading your token is depend upon the needs you have in future. It is better to hodl a coin that was best for long term investment knowing that this coin would be worth waiting for and knowing that this coin would level up its value as long as you hodl it. I do hold most of them but when the price go up, instead of selling them, I used to trade them with a cryptocurrency like ETH and other cryptos that has a high possibility of increasing in the near future. There are a lot of them in the market though you still need to be careful since not all of them are that fast to give a profit.
