During this time, many has been lay off their regular paying jobs and remote work system is not always available.
It did not only became a source of income but also a source of hope to many who are struggling in this times.

Bitcoin has helped me and my family a lot in the ongoing epidemic. Many have lost their jobs and become unemployed in the epidemic, but those of us involved in cryptocurrency have earned a lot of cryptocurrencies, including a lot of bitcoins, by working on many projects at home; With which I am able to run the family comfortably. My daughter is taking online classes and exams at school because of the epidemic; I bought a mobile for my girls by selling my bitcoin for the purpose of participating in their class exams. I think I have to agree with this because I have somehow experienced this firsthand. I didn't exactly lose a job 'cause I didn't have one in the first place. But during those times when I was desperately looking for a source of income while staying at home, and after getting scammed twice, bitcoin became my salvation. I was able to earn the amount I was scammed with with the help of bitcoin.

Why would you tell someone to rely on bitcoin during this trying times of all of us? I mean bitcoin can be profitable, yes, but it is not guaranteed to provide money for you tho. Bitcoin is there to get you profit as much as it increases, but the case is, it is not always happening with bitcoin. I think you just got lucky because you got your scammed money back, however we have different paths in here, maybe it worked for you but not for the others. But then again, you should not be just a wishful thinker because bitcoin is volatile, you might just get caught in the middle of nowhere but loss.

My partner also have the same situation with me. And bitcoin helped him a lot especially during this trying time. He is able to support his siblings financially and his personal needs as well. That's why we really appreciate what bitcoin did to our lives and bitcoin itself.

Bitcoin may not be that usable for you or other people there but some people are actually getting something out of it. My cousin's been earning some small profit he's using to sustain the needs of his family since he's unemployed this pandemic. I could say, Bitcoin is very important nowadays especially in the third world country like where im at right now..Recessions are everywhere, many people and families complaining where they can get their source of living to sustain their daily essential needs. They don't have money to buy their foods and medicines. This pandemic highlighted a lot of things. One of these things is the every increasing importance of Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies. But most of all, the importance of blockchain technology itself.

In my country the government institutions that we should rely on in this time of pandemic are collapsing because of the inherit corruption because of the lack of proper technology. Our healthcare system are giving subsidy to Covid 19 patients. But the system are being gamed by nefarious entities. For example, they are recording patients who are not Covid 19 positive, like people who died from car accidents, or those who have other illnesses as Covid patients. So that they can collect the huge subsidy of the government to the Covid 19 patients. Another one are the subsidies to people who are in lockdown. Of course a lot of people were removed from their jobs and needed subsidies from the government. However, again some LGUs or local government unit people are gaming the system. They are registering nonexistent residents, so they can collect those themselves.

All that I am saying is that, if all these are in the blockchain. WHich is the underlying technology of bitcoin. Bitcoin is just exhibit A of what the blockchain technology can do. THen we can avoid those corrupt practices because the blockchain is transparent.
