The word fraud and scam comes in my mind whenever I hear about new crypto project. Cause most of the new project fail to survive and turn into scam. Very few project become successful finally. No one can guess that exactly which coin project going to be legit and survive. Though I get information about new project launch from some telegram group but never pay much attention to them. It's hard to find out a real one.

Same things happen constantly but become so normalize that none do care of it. If you're going to put your attention on any new project specially in 2020 it's compulsory get ready vital alert. In my opinion there is a process of following what is in fashion and soon new projects follow this parameter to stabilize their new ideas and we hardly find projects with new ideas that can change people's lives or the market. I'm not against launching new projects but I'm in favor of novelty and not a copy pattern.

New projects are mostly from con artists that are looking for fast money but some few new projects are from crypto experts that are really ready to bring something new to the table, they deserve to be given a chance, you can out have problem if you don't know how to do research on new projects

In this case, we can use simple math. 90% of projects are scam, while the remaining 10% can be divided into 2 categories. 7% of failed projects that do not raise funds or are not implemented in the process, and 3% of successful projects. Not to judge but just being careful with those new projects, since the last few years most of these projects are scam. You are lucky if you find a great project. Having a background check with their paper and doing some dig with the internet about that project is one of the way to determine if it is worth for investment. I've had encountered a lot of scam projects before and once they get what they want, they will cut and delete all your connections with them so better be careful than sorry.

Most new projects do become scam in the end, because we no longer see their project implementation in real life after they successfully earn money, but we also can't generalize all projects will be like that.

I still believe that there will still be good new projects going forward even though there are very few. As we've been through most of the new projects do become a scam in the end,but we also can't deny that some of them are now great altcoins.

Majority of the new ones always disappointed their customers because they can deliver well what they promise so lots of fudding occur. What they do is promise and promise without considering that they will be a problem every time. And with the mediocre features surely it would not last a month or two, only small percentage of new project became successful because almost all the new project is only on making money without considering how to do it.

Defi real estate projects are really not safe to invest.  Especially now that the Covid 19 translation is booming, the demand for real estate has also decreased sharply during this period.  Besides, real estate projects are often not welcome in the Crypto market, it is often projects that require large capital calls and no growth potential.
Currently, only Defi Staking or Yield farm projects are potential, you can refer to Folder Protocol and Kira Network, which are Defi projects being shill in many countries.  Make a wise choice and analysis before pouring money.

There are always new projects in cryptocurrency to which most of it are scam or HYIP. However, there are other good proejcts also that has been doing well especially with bitcoin market having good and being bullish. I think we are heading to bull run and hopefully another breaking record for bitcoin surpassing the 2017 ATH for bitcoin. I think many get's excited too and willing to invest to it this is why we can see that more and more people are buying bitcoin to anticipate the bullish trend for bitcoin.

Its really true that we have to research our self .I have said many times on forum that we have to do our own research that's how we can improve our knowledge behind the upcoming project .You can follow other expert research but you don't depend on it to invest .Do your own .

Scammers are growing in numbers and now that Bitcoin is very bullish many new scam projects will come out of nowhere, there will surely be few good projects but just have it in mind that almost all new projects are here for money making only, they have no good intentions
