Its is a good buying opportunity seeing ETH near on its support level must you must also be ready for the possibility that it can go lower than that if the market turns into another bearish trend. It is a really long wait to see the upgrade and whether it will address everything is to be seen, do you identity a coins being best because of their price valuation and if that is the case there are several coins you can add in that category and ETH is certainly one of the top volatile coin.

As i was observed last couple of week upon checking on the blockfolio ETH has no major movements on its market value but then having a $480 value is somewhat not somethibg to worry about. For me it is still in good terms and somewhat good to be hodl too i bet even in long term. But if ever the chart that was posted was true this was a good indication and hoping for a brighter future ahead of ETH.
