For entry waiting people, they can pick any price that they want. We're still under the high price of Ethereum that's speculative and it's encouraging to buy for long term decisions. The second wave of ETH started recently after the DeFi hype and there were huge investments coming in and i am not sure how long this will last, we already saw a major correction in the DeFi market. When ETH started they had the hype that you could send the coins with much lower fees and we know the situation and whether the much hyped upgrade will sort the issue is a big question and if that did not sort the issue then the investors will rethink about the viability of the coin. |

I think ETH is a good long term hold and have been accumulating for the past year as I believe we'll see ETH continue to grow as DeFi continues to grow. I believe we haven't seen anything yet and that its just getting started. Give it another year and into 2022 which is when I think ETH will be breaking its ATH's. Just look at how many new projects are coming onto the Ethereum blockchain and I think this will continue on into the future.
The market is going up once again and ETH is close to the 400 dollar level, it is interesting to see what will happen from now on, I say this because the tendency during the last weeks has been a slow but steady decrease on the volume, and the volume we are seeing at the time does not seem like it is enough to make this a continued growth, if anything it may seem as if we could see a retracement at any moment during this or the next week if the interest on ethereum remains this low. Yes you may be right however over the long term say in 1 to 2 years from now is when I think we'll see ETH true potential as the DeFi space continues to grow and more new projects come onto the Ethereum network. This is something I don't see slowing down which is why I do believe in ETH for the long term. In the short term, yes I think we could see the price retrace and come back down and that's when I'll be buying some more ETH. As a long term investment there are almost no coin that could be better than ETH in this market, expect for bitcoin of course, however I really think that even if the DeFi market has a good future as well the technology is still not there to justify the high prices we are seeing which leads me to believe that a significant drop is coming for those coins and if that is true then the demand for ETH will go down as well making its price to go down during the short term. |

It is no secret to anyone that the Ethereum 2.0 update will greatly affect not only Ethereum pricing, but the entire cryptocurrency market. I think that there is not much time left for users to wait until this event, since the lead developer of the project Evan Van Ness stated that the bill before the launch of ETH 2.0 goes for weeks. The zinken testnet already launched and the transition to phase zero of the Ethereum 2.0 mainnet. Zinken is just a dress rehearsal for the genesis of the ETH2.0 block, which was quite successful. Thus, in the near future, we can see dramatic changes for Ethereum.

I believe that scalability and cheaper transactions on the network will also affect the level of trust in Ethereum. Of course, as of today, the Optimistic rollup Level Two Resolution Support provides the required solution to this problem. In addition, Vitalik Buterin announced that it would be necessary to raise the cost of Smart contacts in order to reduce the uncontrolled influx of junk tokens, which in one way or another reduce the load on the network.

ETH has been stable at around the current price and even though they do have problems with cheaper transactions when the network is clogged, I still believe that ETH will be one of the major players in this next Altcoin cycle as more and more projects are coming onto the network. So I guess a lot of people still trust in ETH even though they have scalability problems. I've been accumulating as much ETH as I can ready for the next Altcoin cycle.

ETH has been stable at around the current price and even though they do have problems with cheaper transactions when the network is clogged, I still believe that ETH will be one of the major players in this next Altcoin cycle as more and more projects are coming onto the network. So I guess a lot of people still trust in ETH even though they have scalability problems. I've been accumulating as much ETH as I can ready for the next Altcoin cycle.

I think people have come to accept this now (the delay I mean) so it is not going to be an issue any more if it is 2021 or even much later, but yes,,, what is important now is when they do launch, the transition is problem free and does not interrupt anyone already using ETH. For sure a lot of people will leave if things are not seamless. This is the only worry for me. |

I like the movement of ethereum lately so I think we could see price increase the following year. Many predictions in the market that some expect the bull run will happen this year. Also good to accumulate some eth since we did’nt know when it will soar high. Hopefully, once eth upgrade will occur we could observe the change of price.

Although bitcoin has trampled on other coins with the recent ride some of the altcoin still stay above the lower resistance price for over 3 weeks, Ethereum had stayed above $350 for over 3 weeks and it is a good sign for ethereum. We hope the news of Eth 2.0 development will be instrumental to next altseason when bitcoin pump stabilizes on new high price, Defi and NFTs will have new run with next alt market.

you do the right things if you collecting ethereum as much as you can my friend, because i believe ethereum will always be the king of altcoins and the price will surpass the past ATH price in the future Let's not forget that we are living in a world right now where ETH could be used for so many things, which should be adding fuel to the fire to make ETH a lot more valuable. The fact is if you own ETH right now, you can do so much with it, and people are doing it, they use their ETH and when people use their ETH that means they need to first buy ETH and when there is a reason to buy a coin that means the price will go up. The more reason there is for people to use ETH means there is more reason to buy ETH and the more reason to buy ETH means higher the price. So at the end of the day, ETH will become bigger and bigger in the future. It of course depends on these things people do to continue but even if they go lower, there will be new things to do with ETH which will cover the difference. |

Ethereum can proceed onward its own not on the grounds that it is bitcoin, where when bitcoin goes down, Ethereum goes up and is well. Obviously this is a decent sign for Ethereum, which has been attempting to move not exclusively due to the development of bitcoin. Somebody calls the gigantic interest in DeFi ventures, just as the ETH 2.0 update, as the explanation behind future cost increments.

I feel this year we can see ethereum back at $1200 because more and more people join DeFi projects and that's why I think it will be a bullrun . But as we know every investment has their own risks
quite possible. ethereum 2.0 announcement already done. so people start to hope and expect good things from ethereum. i think ethereum is the king of all altcoins and ethereum is going to lead all altcoins in bull market. |

However, what I see is that ETH price is not as volatile as it was time ago. The altcoin has gained a bit, and it looks like it has decided to fluctuate somewhere between 320 and 420 USD for long. Yes ETH is a lot more stable now then ever before as the price has been holding around that $350 to $400 range for a while now which is what we want to see if your a long term holder of ETH like I am. This latest announcement has seen ETH pump over $400 so it will be interesting to see if it can hold or will it go back down to around $380. |

It seems like a hype which could bring Ethereum price movement to another level
However i am not sure if the entire ETH 2.0 thing will be there soon or this is just sort of phase 1
Anyhow, personally i think ETH had a good chance of hitting $500 within 2 Quarter time
