I don't think it is necessary that you need an ANN thread here on the forum since opening an ANN thread is like an advertisement on the forum to attract more cryptocurrency users or gamblers so I think it's optional.

i don't think so there are some casino that is not opening their announcement thread here and most of them are casinos that accept fiat and crypto at the same time also its a good thing to have announcement thread so if users have concerns they can ask on their announcement thread and discuss it.

If they are really serious about their project, then having an ANN thread is a must. It is just one of the ways to widen their marketing strategy in order to give awareness for people that their project does exist in the market.
Well, having an ANN thread doesn't  automatically mean that the project or website is 100% legitimate. There are lots of gambling websites with beautiful and well composed ANN thread but still has the guts to scam and steal other people's money.

However, it might give you at least a good 1st impression for your new customers. Having an ANN thread could also mean that they have a way to consult or to send some help, if whenever, the customers are having technical difficulty in your website.

Not just an advertisement but also they can reach the team core about some concerns, technicality problems, bugs and other more it's a great way to have in touch with your players and post updates on what's happening on your casino including new promotions, new rules and others.

An ANN thread would be really helpful to promote some Gambling Websites since getting directly onto the website might be slightly intimidating for new gambling players. The thread can guide some people on how to use the website and explain some of the features that is available. Well, having an ANN thread doesn't  automatically mean that the project or website is 100% legitimate.

and if I may add, members asks for ANN threads here because they want to see if the online casino is willing to be reviewed by the crypto community. Though opening ANN thread doesn't guarantee 100% legitimacy, casinos allowing themselves to be scrutinized is a plus point to their credibility and reputation.

Besides, there are gamblers here who just loves to play but are not knowledgeable to the technical aspects of online casinos. They rely on the free reviews provided by other geek gamblers here.

Not at all! But it's good to have one ANN thread created by the owner himself. While there is no hard and fast rule to create an ANN thread, it's good from SEO perspective as well. Bitcoin is a hugely popular cryptocurrency related forum and opening an ANN thread will certainly help the casino to reach more people easily and for free.

Furthermore, when the owner is available on the forum, it gives confidence to the users. But there is no mandate!

It isn't necessary but for the purpose of advertising I think it counts. Just like other cryptocurrencies out there in the market they have flourished and they are legitimate but some of them doesn't open Ann threads here.

SEO is the main purpose here just like what @avikz said so if ever someone searched for it on search engines they can get more informations of it. And, since it has Ann thread here in the forum the user searching for it will wonder what are other information he might get from the talks of the other users here, just my opinion.

If the Bitcoin community is the casino's target market, they will naturally open ANN thread here, and then do a proper introduction (so YES!). People will try the casino, comment, do some reviews, begging for campaigns, etc. It's part of forum/community dynamics. in my opinion? yeah, they do, but it is still up to them if they want to create an ANN thread or not. if a casino wants to introduce themselves they should do it the proper way and putting important and relevant information about their gambling site is a great way to do that and doing a proper introduction could possibly attract gamblers possibly gain a gambler that regularly plays on their website.

Crypto casino doesn't necessarily has to have signature campaign going on here, but some kind of presence is definitely better than none.

Its not really that necessary but for a business owner then making some ANN thread on the most popular and biggest crypto forum is one of the best thing to be done when it comes to marketing and since you are

IT really depends about what you think is a good strategy for you, for many casinos, especially licensed ones, maybe crypto users and especially the ones from this forum do not even qualify to play on their sites. And you want people with credit cards etc to play there, even if you accept crypto.

If you are not active in this forum and have a good market outside then there's no need to open a new thread here since provably if your service and promotion is good it will scattered by referral by existing gamblers to the new gamblers, But if you want to widen up your market and target the forum users then its really good to open up a thread here since you might get so many crypto gamblers here and if you do a study on how big the market here for sure you will get an interest to put some good promotions here.
